They have lots of nice plants, but when I explained what I was looking for and they didn?t have it, a staff member kept saying the ?leave me alone? plant would be perfect for me. After looking around, I asked again what it was called, hoping she would elaborate, but that was all she said. I looked it up online, and it doesn?t seem to exist. Overall, a disappointing experience with weird vibes.
I ended up going to N1 nursery in Hackney. It was a bit of a walk, but definitely worth it. They had a larger selection and several friendly knowledgeable staff members, they even had what I was originally looking for!

Visited the store a few times and my experiences were top notch. The visuals, ambience, and customer service exceed my expectations. New plants every week and I can?t help myself buying a few on my way out every time. Employees are very knowledgeable on the plants which helps me figure out how to take care of the ones I am buying and older ones I?ve had for a while. Love this store!

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, unlike some other nearby places. We visited Colombia Road Flower Market before visiting here and the prices were 20% cheaper in this store.

Prices are a little high but the quality of the stock is totally worth it. Staff are excellent and you can tell they really care - helped me loading up my Uber with plants and were really really friendly and knowledgeable. Outstanding customer service

Lovely store that is worth the travel! The plants all look well taken care off and are reasonably priced. The person at the register was lovely and we had a lovely conversation as they rung up our cactus and the string of hearts! Will definitely come back when we have more money and space for plants ?.

Plenty plants to choose from! Everytime I come to a place like this, it?s a learning curb for me. I didn?t realise there were plants that didn?t need watering, other than the famous cactus! They have plants which are supposed to be left in a sealed jar, and you only open the lid for one hour a day (or 5 hours a week). The jar causes moisture, which the plant feeds from, and opening the lid allows it to dry as too much moisture is not needed. They?ve also got cactuses about 6 foot tall! Interesting place!
