Went out with some friends the other night. Delicious food and the service was okay but the bathrooms were a mess to put it mildly. Great atmosphere though esp the downstairs dining area.

We came to have food , lady was very rude , she told us to wait outside even tables were empty ,, customers coming after us are getting seated inside while we have been told there about to close and we are not allowed to sit insideVery rude customer service

I went into piza hut at 10.50 just before it closes, wanted margerita . Was told have a pepperoni said no thanks do not like them ( personal choice) was told cheaper at takeout window so went there and made my order margerita £20 paid got to my hotel room and found out he sold me the pepperoni NOT what I ordered but he happy as got rid of order no one wanted. Could not complain as shop closes at 11 pm and opens 11am but I?m on train home then. This is so poor service. Photo of pepperoni to wanted was warm as how long it was there.

Unfortunately there is little choice for vegetarians. Pizza taste cannot be compared to a pizzeria. Very crowded. Service is just clearing things up when you need to go to the toilet for a moment.

Unwelcoming places. The staff doesn't explain anything about the concept and makes no effort. Poor quality of products, dirty cutlery... Too expensive for the very low quality of this restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: WC adapted for people with reduced mobility

It was not very busy and even so the service was very bad, there is no friendly contact between the staff and the customer. The quality of the food is very touristy and not very pleasant.
