We love Pizza Express so a trip to London would not be complete without it! Staff were really helpful and couldn?t do enough for you. Food came out fast which is always a bonus. Would 10/10 recommend! The female waitress with glasses was very attentive and welcoming and is an absolute credit to the staff.

Went there with my brother and mum, we like pizza express in general, my mum loves it so we always go. waitress kira was very kind and she helped us with our questions about the menu like pizza sizes etc etc, smiley and laughed with my brothers (awful) joke too ? much appreciated ??. Place was not as clean as other pizza expresses we have been but it was great overall:)

Had a lovely time at Pizza Express Aldwych! The food was great, but the highlight was our waitress, Candy?she was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, attentive, and made our visit extra special. Thank you, Candy!

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at pizza express with my daughter on a Sunday evening that I just have to share. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by one of the staff members. which set a positive tone for the evening. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting however, i didn?t expect the restaurant to be so busy especially on a Sunday evening which was dissapointing.
The service was attentive without being intrusive, although one of the servers didn?t ask me and my daughter if we had any allergies. One staff member really caught my eye, her name was Molly and she was really thoughtful, she was really understanding of the fact that i had certain allergies and it made me feel so much better. Her act of kindness did put a smile on my face. Overall, it?s worth a visit eventhough the softdrinks are quite expensive.

Not sure what was going on or if this is usual but we were going to a show with our children. Booked with 1hr 50 mins before the show started. No queue when arrived to be seated for our reserved booking. Manager sat us down. No waiter appointed. We were forgotten. Had to ask to order which was now 20 mins in. First waitress said yes but then got distracted. Second waitress we approached took our order. Drinks then took another 15 mins. All of this time people were now queuing outside to get in and were getting irate with staff to be seated and not left standing. Seems like they were over booked - staff were spending time looking at the reservation sheet rather than the people sat at tables and who were trying to get their attention across the room. Starters came out which were fine. Plates were not cleared away by the time our mains arrived, well two of the mains. The other two were no where to be seen and hadn?t been made after going to find out. Two of us finished by the time they had been brought over and the super food salad with beetroot was just leafs thrown in a bowl with no beetroot, and I had to ask for the missing dough sticks. It was a shambles all over - people paying on the app to get out quick after waiting to pay, people standing around our table, people sitting themselves down - too small a place for the amount of tables crammed in. The manager did discount our food which was considerate of her, but I would avoid if you are looking to eat before a show.

Popped in for dough balls, a quick dessert and coffee. The service from Isabella was amazing.

Worst pizza express I have ever been too booked a table and still not been seen to for over 1 hour the tables are all dirty and not been cleared there about 15 people waiting I think they have over booked due to the school holidays if they can?t deal with the volume of people they
Just been told it?s gonna be another 1 then another hour for food unacceptable put the table for 6:30 arrived at 6:15 at 6:30 they were asking if anyone had reservations which we did then at 655 they told us we will have and hour wait still to be seated and wait time for food is another hour so it looking at 9pm tilll we get food crazy stuff the management should be ashamed of themselves
