Food was very nice and came out quickly. Good atmosphere.

Day in London with the family and we fancied some pizza!
Food excellent
Atmosphere amazing
But some of the staff were not friendly.
The waitress that served us was delighted and friendly.very welcoming. Deserved a big tip.
However, servers that were not serving my table never smiled and one waiter even pushed past me - no apology either.
This was a shame because the lady serving us was very welcoming and the restaurant itself was a wonderful experience, but the people/staff make the place an experience worth every penny.

The team were fantastic from start to finish, We hadn?t booked but they accommodated for us. Such a great restaurant, we were visiting London, but will definitely come back. Thank you

I ordered a margherita pizza. As everyone knows: cheese, tomato and basil.
There was no basil.
We had an Aperol Spritz. Since it was so good, we ordered two more, but those came without orange!
They ran out too!

Vegetarian pizzas are always great at Pizza Express in particular the one with goat cheese and caramelized onions. BUT service and atmosphere at this particular location is below average. They should work on this. I am disappointed with the management.

We went to visit Pizzaexpress in 80-81 St Martins Lane for lunch this afternoon.We weren't sure where we wanted to dine for lunch but chanced upon this place after visiting Covent Garden. We are glad we certainly chose this place. The atmosphere was amazing. It was spacious and cozy. The staff was super friendly and I must give kudos to one member of staff by the name of Ahmet who served us. He was very polite, courteous and friendly and served up some amazing food. I had the garlic Prawn Pizza which was simply stunning. I highly recommend this Pizzaexpress. It was a horrible, dull and rainy day and visiting this establish for lunch certainly took away the gloomy weather.
