An unexpectedly and refreshingly positive experience the other day at this super dental practice, in the safe and professional hands of Dr Vinal Patel and Dhruv. They are a dynamic team with a well-informed and friendly approach to all aspects dentistry. Dr Patel had plenty of time to answer all my questions, providing pragmatic, cost-conscious and 'out-of-the-box' solutions which has really enhanced my perception of the dental healthcare profession. A consummate perfectionist with a light touch of humour to take the edge off any pre-existing anxiety, I would highly recommend these guys for their person-centred modus operandi and high quality of care.

As it has been over a few years that I have attended the dentist, I registered with Perfect Smile Dental and have been met with a great experience each time, down to the reception team and the dental professionals.I had my first treatment done by Dr.Vinal Patel and Dhruv and they were very good at making me feel at ease and talking me through each action they were taking when carrying out the treatment. I felt so at ease and relaxed that I almost fell asleep mid treatment lol - but honestly Dr.Vinal and Dhruv were great and give great advice regarding looking after my teeth and I would hope that I encounter these two professionals each time :)

I am a very nervous patient in fact I hadn?t been to the dentist for many years due to my fear I first went and saw dr shivangi Patel she was very understanding and put my mind at ease straight away second time I went wasn?t even nervous she did my treatment without any pain or discomfort she asks you all the time if you are ok if anyone is like me and petrified of dentists I can?t recomend her highly enough I now don?t feel as scared and anxious when I need to see her she is so lovely and friendly a joy to see

On Mar 14, 2024, Dr Shiv Patel conducted a root canal therapy for one of my teeth. This was not first time I did it. I did my last one in Hong Kong, another one a while ago in Singapore. This is the best experience, thanks to Dr Shiv Patel?s craftsmanship, care and attention to details. No pain. She showed me the X-ray afterwards. More importantly, she shared some practical advice how I should protect my teeth. She did 5-star on both of cure and prevention. Bravo!

Appointment cancelled 2 times on me on the day. On the 3rd time they got a stand in dentist to cover the one that hadn?t turned up again, but was still running 30 minutes late. I was paying private patient too so not impressed with the management. Will have to find a new dentist

I had a hygienist appointment about three weeks ago with a locum. The treatment took about 15 minutes and was the most uncomfortable experience. It was rushed, and quite aggressive and my lower teeth and a couple of infill fillings felt really rough after. I had a dental check up the next day and it was noticed an infill filling was missing and the dentist replaced it. Apart from the continued sensitivity I was still experiencing since my hygiene treatment, I was then left with a filling that was a ?lump? in my upper tooth. The overall sensitivity in my gums has now subsided in my mouth, but the sensitivity where the ?lump? of a filling has been done is very painful. I have sought a second opinion elsewhere and have requested a copy of my X-Rays from Perfect Smile, three times as I?ve already paid for them and don?t want to have to repay. I have still not received the X-Rays but I went ahead with my new appointment anyway. She said plaque was still visible on some teeth and she kindly poIished the ?lump? of an infill, which now feels so much better. I am not happy and will be very glad to move on elsewhere.

My daughter saw Dr Pacha who we felt was incredibly knowledgeable ethical honest and fair. He did not pressure us at all to pursue orthodontics with Perfect Smile when he easily could have. In fact we have decided to wait and revisit. If you want to have an honest practitioner I could not recommend him more highly. He is great.

Just took my very anxious son to get fitted for braces. Wow what an amazing orthodontist. Miss Lee and her assistant were absolutely amazing with him. So kind and patient. Thank you ladies :)
