Visited your store on Friday and a fantastic young lady called Olivia served me. You wouldn?t have thought she had only recently joined you from her expert knowledge. Her service was superb, couldn?t do enough, and gave some good pointers on the different types of aftershave. Had a great time browsing and trying different ones before deciding on some halfeti leather. Wonderful experience, will definitely shop with you again soon!

Thank you Maria.I'm french and I came to Penhaligon's knowing I would buy something ! In fact, I love what we call in french "Parfum de niche", those who not everybody wears.So I came here and took allllllll the time to find the perfect one.Maria was very an understanding woman who took her time to find me the best fragance(S) ooops.I came in the store and tried one, then go back to the street to smell it, again, and again, by expressing what I was exactly looking for... until she perfumed me with one of them and let me stroll in Covent garden (Love it).And... within 5 minutes I received a Huge compliment by a "random" man ahah. It was a sign !I told Maria, that it was "The one" (the Perfum, not the man ?) and bought it, and also a little version of another fragrance that I discovered.I was fair with Maria, I was there to buy and I wanted to find the perfect fragrance(s) which fit my personality and way to see the world (kind of).I have to thanks Maria for her patience (really), her passion, and disponibility for me. Such a great person, that do not only pay attention to what you are looking for, but to who you are too ;).Such a great experience,Came out of the store so happy, for a French girl who has a passion for fragrances.Thanks again Maria.

This is the best Penhaligons store, the staff here are all lovely, very friendly & very approachable & really helpful. No matter what your budget is they will do their best to find you something you will fall in love with. Roman served me on my visit at the weekend & he was indeed lovely.

I've visited many Penhaligon's stores but I always come back to this one. Every member of staff is an absolute delight. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. 10/10 every time.

Amazing and thoughtful customer service! My friend and I each bought a set of these lovely miniatures. There were so many fragrances we liked, the minis allow us to wear and really try them out. Good value too.

Really amazing perfumery. The Penhaligons fragrant wafting through the piazza really adds to the whole covent garden vibe.The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable about the wide range of fragrances. Lisa in particular was a real credit to Penhaligons, she was incredibly helpful with her suggestions and new instantly the perfume I needed for a friend, Lisa also gift wrapped and shared a little history about the Penhaligons brand.All in all a real lovely experience.My friend absolutely loved the Constance perfume and it is now her favourite perfume.

The shop I've always wanted to go to for fragrance profiling. It was great.If you are interested in perfume, please come when staying in London!If you are not confident in English, Lisa is recommended. With a polite response, she will surely choose the perfume that suits you.Matane Lisa!!

Privileged to have met a very lovely lady who had all the time in this world to take me thru most of their collections and their compositions. Amazing stuff felt like she taught me so much about the house, I was ready to attend to Customers that very day if I had been offered a job. Her name is yamyam please whenever you visit that shop ask of yamyam and am sure you'll enjoy every minute of it. ??????????
