26/03/24 attended to see GP, haven?t been checked in by receptionist properly ,waited for extra 30 minutes and asked again if doctor knows if patient is waiting for them.After they gave me wrong person blood test form, 1944 DOB, didn?t check my name straight away, as couldn't even imagine they would give me wrong official docs, wasted couple of hours in a traffic and was in a queue for blood test, to hear from n m medical person that I have a wrong name on a form. Insane snd total shame. No comments.

Unable to book ahead to make an appointment unless you phone at 8am, even if the appointment is a non-urgent and for the future. And apparently they go very quickly so you have to wait on the phone at 8am and then, when you get through, the appointments may all be gone.

Called Paxton Green Practice to make an appointment to see a GP. The receptionist I spoke with was abrupt to the point of being dismissively rude. First impressions count - let's hope for a brighter service once I get to see a GP in 2 weeks time!

Called to speak to a doctor and the idiot receptionist refused to even book me an appointment, she refused to listen and kept shouting that my pills were on repeat. The chemist checked and my repeat is awaiting a 6 month review from the Dr. Called again and was told I'm lying and will was refused an appointment. Lodging a formal complaint. She should not be working there. Evil woman.

I only have positive things to say about Paxton Green - every doctor or nurse I have met has been action-focused, thorough and kind. I also regularly use the 'Ask a Receptionist a Question' option on the website - e.g. for things like blood request forms - and responses are always timely. Phone waiting times can sometimes be long but I'd be surprised to find a GP surgery where they're not.

Just had a smear test with Paulina Owusu and the way she conducted the whole procedure and was very informative gave me a lot of comfort. For some of us, this isn?t an easy appointment and I felt like I was in great hands from the second I stepped in.

Since the lock down this surgery has gone downhill you used to be able go first thing in the morning between 8 and 10And you would see a doctor now you have to phone up and be left on hold forever and a day with a recorded message that tells you how helpful the receptionists are and how well trained they are . I don?t know how trained you have to be to tell people to call the surgery between eight and 10. Also if you put in for a repeat prescription they say it has to be reviewed by a doctor fair enough but then they try and palm you off with a pharmacist who once refused me my medication until I put a formal complaint in and had it reinstated. They tried to get me to see the pharmacist the other day for review. I said no, I?ll see a doctor still waiting,

The receptionist is horrendous. I was calling about a sick 5 month baby and she had absolutely zero compassion and hung up on me when I calmly asked her not to speak over me. Absolutely shocking

Omg ! The receptionist interrupted would not let me speak and has zero customer service! She needs to be called out in her professionalism as she has none.This let's the entire practice down!!!Awful experience !!

Good practice. Always found them to be friendly and they offer telephone appointments if needed.
