Absolutely terrible service, terrible attitude. Massive queue. Was never asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted.
One server spent so much time washing dishes by hand and ignoring the queue.
But tbh none of that would have been an issue if the staff was polite. They seemed bothered to have to serve us or even speak to us.

It?s nearly half past 6, I walk into Paul?s on King?s Road, Chelsea. My family?s favourite is the custard tart and I usually pick up 5 for £6.95. As it?s the end of the day, they only had 4 left in store.
They offer packages as follows:
3 pastries for £5
or 5 pastries for £6.95
Price for 1 is £1.95
I asked the one of the ladies, as there is one missing to complete a box of 5, could I get the deal for 3 pastries and maybe they can throw in the last custard tart ?gratis?. She nodded. When I walked to the till I noticed that the lady behind the till was charging me for a pack of 3 plus 1 single which comes to £6.95, exactly the same as the pack for 5 pastries! So basically I would have paid for 5 but received 1 less as they run out. She said she cannot charge me for 3 when I?m taking 4, regardless that her colleague already confirmed that was okay and that they didn?t have the 5th one which I initially hoped for. Now I wouldn?t normally write a complaint for something like this but the way the lady behind the till was talking to me was very rude. Such bad manners, she didn?t listen at all when I said her colleague already agreed and because the way she communicated and looked at me actually made me walk out of the store, then she shouted after me: ?Have a lovely evening!? with a sarcasm in her voice.

Not ever coming back. Id rather go somewhere else. There was nobody inside and i had to wait to be served a cold coffe. Posh coffe shop...not for me

It?s really disappointing with the horrible service it?s been always my favourite shop but I get disappointed with having cold sandwiche because the machine is broken and the stuff they don?t really care

I just thought I?d repeat the experience that I got with a small birthday cake, I bought one last year and it was good.
The strawberry cheesecake I bought recently was by far the worst ever cheesecake we have ever tried, we were embarrassed to serve that to our guests indeed!! The jelly was plasticky and the base hard rock!! Price high though , to pay £27,95 for something that had not taste of cheesecake and it?s made in hurry probably , it?s ridiculous. Very low quality ingredient most probably, I was left speechless to say the least,
I would never go back there to buy anything else at all.
It?s a shame as if a business charges so much for something then they should delivery quality.

I buy for every single day and this Paul Kongs Road is the worst Ive been. People are not smiling early morning and not even greet people. Been through so many Paul but this one is the worst. Take note I buy everyday and spending more that £10 everyday. Thats every morning!!!

Pastries were good but the staff were the rudest servers I've encountered in this country. They treated me like an idiot after I asked a question about their food. I don't pay these prices to be treated like this. Will not return.
In regards to the owner's response, you've said the same thing on every negative comment here for months & nothing has changed. Your words are empty.

No smiles and seemed cranky. The food was ok and the coffee was average, forgot to say what size coffee I wanted so it was big and watery. In very small writing they had dine in prices under the take away prices, don't care that they have 2 prices but be transparent about it
