Stopped in for a quick breakfast as it looked like one of the nicer places on the strip.
Big mistake - ordered a savoury panini, croissant and salmon avocado scrambled eggs. Cost 20 pound and the savoury dishes were basic and close to inedible.
The panini was tiny and overcooked in the microwave. Bread was soggy and tomato was radioactive hot. Croissant was fine but for 5 pound should?ve gone to Pret.
Cherry on top was the avocado scrambled eggs. Served as part of the brunch menu (8am-2pm), they had to check with the kitchen if they were available at 10am. Took 30 mins to come out and were the most inedible eggs I?ve ever tasted. Powdery and crumbly, words never used to describe scrambled eggs before. Salmon came straight from a can and was cold on top of hot powdered eggs. We were just lucky to not have ordered the pouched eggs like the table next to us which came out wet and in the shape of plastic moulds. For 9 pound and one thin measly slice, they?re having an absolute laugh.
Save your money and grab something in the waitrose/sainsbury down the road. It?ll be more edible and you?ll save yourself time and money.

Not the Paul standards we are used to. Bad service, dirty and nothing looked appealing. Ended up with just drinks and went somewhere else for the dessert.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my egg, only to realize that the kitchen staff hadn?t even shown up yet?they literally walked into the kitchen after I had already been waiting. I warned the waitress, and she told the kitchen, but still no one bothered to start my order. It finally came 30 minutes after I ordered. Totally unprofessional, slow, and disrespectful. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and mocked.

It was 5.40pm and we were not allowed to have our coffee inside because they close at 7.00pm ?. Weird?. Very poor service

I had a top-notch experience with Paul at Brompton! It's always great when someone like Hamza goes above and beyond to help out. A solid 5.0-star rating is definitely well-deserved for that kind service.
