Worst Chinese restaurant in London the food is greesy and supper bad the door man in the door he was super rude and he was a manager but he did not look like one and some stupid dress code that shorts was not allowed in the restaurant but we was wearing shorts classic shots and we came without booking this was today at 9 o'clock and we were wearing shorts with a shirt and a smart jacket

I?m giving this an overall 4 stars because: I booked for 8:30 on open table, and once I arrived the receptionists couldn?t find my booking, accused me of booking it on the wrong day even though I showed them my booking on my phone; they were very unwelcoming and hostile towards me. They then finally seat me, and i?m sitting in a very squashed seat, very close to other tables which I personally didn?t like, I then asked to be moved to another table and they eventually move me but once again, the man that moved me was very rude and hostile as well- saying ?you can move there (points to another table) but there?s not much available so?- when I saw plenty of tables free which were more comfortable. I accept the other table because at least it wasn?t squashed next to a random person. At this point I was really upset because I didn?t feel welcome at all and it was my birthday dinner! I was thinking about leaving until we decided we were already here and we may as well stay.
Now this is where the original 1 star review turns in to a 4 star.
I had an amazing waiter- made me feel welcome, was super friendly, polite and was just on point with everything- his name was Joan/Juan. He absolutely flipped my whole opinion of this place, just such amazing service from him!
Honestly big shout out to him for making my birthday dinner better ??
Food was also really really great, that satay chicken was my favourite!! and the duck rolls??, and I also had an amazing desert, and an extra birthday one!
I?m not trying to be a pain with this review, I just work in hospitality myself and I never treat customers with how I was treated at the beginning today!!

It was good but their noodles could of been maybe more cooked and maybe they could put a little less mushrooms in the dish

Great Chinese food. I mean if you wanna taste real Chinese food. Fried rice and spicy chicken are wonderful! However, it?s just a bit dim inside and can?t really see things. Felt like in a night club.

Park Chinois is not just a restaurant ? it?s a full-sensory experience. From the moment you step through the doors, you?re transported to a world of 1930s Shanghai glamour. The attention to detail in the décor is breathtaking, with plush interiors, live music, and a seductive, intimate atmosphere that makes it perfect for special occasions or an elegant night out.
The food? Exceptional. Every dish we tried was a perfect balance of refined Chinese culinary tradition and luxurious presentation. The Duck de Chine is a must ? beautifully crisp skin and rich, flavorful meat. The dim sum selection was also top-tier, delicate and freshly prepared.
Service was professional yet warm ? attentive without being intrusive, and the staff clearly take pride in creating a flawless experience.
Yes, it?s a splurge ? but worth every penny for the ambiance, quality, and unique experience. Highly recommend booking in advance, especially if you want to catch the live entertainment.
Can?t wait to return.

I had dinner at Park Chinois on Wednesday evening with my friends. I must say the food and the service were exceptional, very attentive and very tasty food. Will definitely be back. Thank you all for taking care of us.

It is on the side of the road opposite a casino. Stepping into Park Chinois on Berkeley Street feels like entering a cinematic dream?think 1930s Shanghai meets Gatsby-era opulence. Atmosphere is seductive and theatrical. Plenty of seating inside.
Service is good and food is tasty. It?s a premium restaurant and the prices reflect that as well.

We had an amazing time at the Park Chinois Saturday brunch. The food was fantastic, staff attentive and atmosphere was vibrant and fun. I was quite surprised by the current restaurant rating and don?t find it to be representative of the experience we enjoyed. Highly recommend carving out a part of your Saturday for this experience!

One of my favourite places in central. The staff are lovely and attentive. The managers are super accommodating. The food was delicious. And the service was super fast. The best thing they offer halal meat and chicken!

Pret food seems fabulous infront of this. Expensive for no reason. Left mid-dinner without being able to eat anything and paying £80. Oily, old school, inedible.

We came to Park Chinois expecting the famous live show, but unfortunately it seems they no longer offer it. That said, the experience was still memorable? the food was absolutely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes full of flavor. The ambience is stunning and elegant, perfect for a special evening out. Our server, Costaz, was attentive and friendly, which made the evening even more enjoyable.

The location of this Chinese restaurant is beautiful, and the atmosphere has a really nice vibe. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the setting. None of the dishes we ordered were tasty, which was a real shame given how lovely the place is.
