Honestly how is this company still operating waited in all day for a delivery only to have Steven the delivery driver to state he tried to deliver and no ones in and left a card which he didn't and my delivery keeps getting rescheduled have CCTV that covers the whole of my house including a ringer doorbell and both systems notifies when someone is in the front of my property . Would go and pick the item up but can't do that because I don't have a card because Steven the liar never left one

The extremely terrible delivery service sent the delivery, paid the amount so that the delivered parcel was not delivered the next day the next day, delivered him or her in a day, but delivered only half. One courier found where to deliver the parcel, the other did not find.After that I contacted the operator, but he does not seem to be British most likely of Hindu nationality, not understanding me, he decided that he could put the phone and I came to the company a few more times before ringing, after which I was answered and told that the parcel would be delivered the next day. So during the next day I waited for the parcel and also did not deliver. When the parcel is delivered is unknown, the mail is closed.The extremely terrible service is disgusting and very sorry that I took advantage of this company.

Despicable, horrible, horrible service. I am at home waiting for them for 4 days now for a simple collection. People on phone says they will deal with it, people on twitter says they will deal with it, people on chat says they will deal with it. The depot is only 8 mins from my home but cant pick up a parcel. How is it okay to make someone wait at home for 4 full days. I couldnt even go to walk or anything just to make sure i am at home. Their solution is to rebook it. You fricking rebooked it 3 times. It does not work!!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Got a message from parcelforce saying that they attempted delivery when the shop was fully open & said they left a calling card which is another lie. No one attempted delivery or left a card which resulted in my items being sent back to the supplier. So annoying

Very bad service... I Don't want to give 1 out of 100. On my parcel., they didn?t come to my house but on my app, there showing they came twice in my address but no one called to me. And the third time my app shows it's delivered but how?luckily i got my refund from Amazon. Really rubbish service is parcel force.

One star is actually too much for their service. This company is the biggest joke ever. I booked a collection for Tuesday, driver "went to the wrong address". Then rescheduled it for Thursday and of course, they never picked it up despite the numerous calls I made to ensure they were coming. I obviously had to book another courier last minute otherwise my customer was going to request a refund. I have now contacted parcel force for a refund and they said I need to complete an online claim. Guess what? The option for item not collected isn't there, so now I have to email them and wait god knows how many days until they are kind enough to get back to me and finally refund my money. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

If I could give this depot a -5 I would!Hopeless is an understatement!A delivery has been ?out for delivery? for the past 10 days! Trying to make contact with a human being is pretty much impossible and trying to get anything out of a robot is impossible unless you?re asking questions it?s programmed to answer!Finally got a response saying the parcel is lost at the depot? can you give us a description to help find it!!! Seriously? I?m not the supplier how do I know!!

Just awful, every single time. 1 star is too much. Never deliver, always say a delivery has been attempted or that I rescheduled a later delivery. Never once contacted me. They make Yodel look professional. Consistently disappointing.

I don't usually write Reviews , however this was such a bad Experience that a review is needed. countless times they have pretended to try and deliver my order ,just to say that there wasn't anyone at home even though we was at home on all 4 different occasions.to then receive a update that my parcel had been returned to the Beckton Depot. this was an extremely important parcel as it was a present for my sister's birthday , which forced me to drive 2 hours to Beckton just collect this parcel myself when i paid to be delivered.It really is appalling that as a company you letting your customer down like this. Having said that the 1 Star here goes to the workers at the Beckton depot who was lovely and done their best to find my parcel as fast as possible in their warehouse. if not that i truly wish we can give no stars in a review.Sergio

I was quite disappointed with the website and rearranging delivery option as it didn?t work. Phone calls are automated so this didn?t help either. I went to the depo and managed to collect my parcel all thanks to the super helpful staff. I can?t thank you enough! Keep up the good work

They lost my parcel. It was out for delivery on 5th October. Courier lied and said delivery was attempted on that day when it wasn?t. Tracking updated to say it had been prepared for delivery again for 6th October but it never went out for delivery. No tracking updates since then. Called Parcelforce a total of 8 times over the next week and was given incorrect info, and no real updates. Told I would receive a call from the depot twice, I never did. Given the run around for 8 days. Eventually I raised the issue with the retailer and PayPal (thank God I paid through them) and got my money back. Parcel is still missing of course. How on earth can they lose a parcel like that? Considering delivery was allegedly attempted on 5th Oct, it means the courier did have it, it didn?t get lost in transit, so how did it disappear? Terrible service, dishonest couriers, no attention to detail or care put into handling people?s goods. Good luck to you if your parcel is with this circus.

My complaint might not have been related to this particular ParcelForce branch, it?s more for ParcelForce in general.I have at least three experiences with ParcelForce where the app told me a delivery was attempted when NONE were attempted. I lived on a dead end quiet road. If there were delivery truck on my street I could hear it. And there was no ?Failed delivery? card left on my mailbox. The delivery driver pretty much just lied about attempting deliver.And it?s so hard to make a complaint online. You keep getting bounced from one page to another and you can pretty much forget about calling them.I?m surprised a company like this is still in business. Only in the U.K.

Just a joke honestly, parcels are most likely being thrown around or taken. Been told a redelivery has been scheduled for the next day since Monday and it?s now already Friday and still no redelivery or even a card left to show a delivery attempt was made. Even the first delivery attempt there was no card left despite me being home all day. Now I go to visit the depot as apparently it?s being held there. Low and behold no one can find my parcel there. The person at the desk helping tried his best and I understand but the drivers can not even follow standard procedures and leave a card nor press a door bell? What a joke and it is impossible to ever try and get into contact with a human unless physically going to the depot which is also situated in the middle of no where.

What is the point of tracking when they just make it up? State they attempted delivery or collection when they did not! Clearly, drivers just making up whatever they like with Parcelforce having no way to check and simply indicating that they can only go by what the driver puts down.
