Best food and best taste. Always on time. The staff behaviour and atmosphere of the store is amazing. Ordered online and ready in just 10 minutes. Best pizza in town. I'll highly recommend everyone to order from Papa John's Farringdon. 10/10

I ordered a pizza and the delivery guy couldn?t find my address so I had to go and find him by which time my order was cold
I called and explained so they sent a new order and the exact same thing happened again.
Don?t think I will ever order pizza from this place again

Awful delivery service, very rude driver who couldn't find the entrance for more than 30 minutes, was very angry on the phone and spoke not in English (clearly it was swear words and he also didn't speak English well). Never spending a single penny with Papa John's again, if you can't organise your delivery in a good way - delete this option from your website.

We get this pizza for free (Farringdon branch) with our CPDs and even then I'm not really happy about eating this crap. We had some this lunchtime, greasy , horrible dough, minimal low quality ingredients. Wish there was literally any other chain around!

Divyansh provided excellent service at Papa John's Farrington! He was super patient while helping us choose the perfect toppings, offering friendly and helpful suggestions. His kindness made the experience even better, and the pizza turned out absolutely delicious.

The person preparing the pizza not wear gloves while making a pizza. We even requested but he said we do not wear it. It is all about health and safety and should be avoided.

Reece is probably the nicest person I have met who serves pizza, me and my friend went in yesterday , and I bought a £3 pizza , and he saw my friend didn?t have any money so he gave him a free pizza , and again today , when me and my mate went in to buy a pizza , he gave me and my friend a free drink each! Papa Johns has the best customer service by far ?

Fast service, response to delivery issues. But they need new drivers. Picture 1 was my first pizza. Picture 2 was the replacement. Both just utterly destroyed in transit. The store was happy to replace and were super kind about it.

Same story with no toppings.Paid extre for "extra topping" but received less than a single portion.Again lied to and told the manager had made it.. but no.Was then told that toppings look less on small pizza....funny that we had ordered a large...surely the "manager" would know this if he made it..Don't appreciate being lied to.

Great efficient service with quality food. Ganga Reddy had been very helpful and courteous to serve us pizzas at midnight.
