I have been cared for by ?ob and his team for many years. Always professional, caring and onhand if there are any issues.Contact lens became so much more comfortable once I was under their care.Glasses wearer too. They put up with me taking hours to decide what I want. I never feel rushed.I would Highly recommend them. Thank you team.

I've been a customer at Panoptica for years now. It's a lovely place to visit, the people are extremely customer focused and very nice to deal with. I wear varifocal lenses which can be tricky to get right but Rob is tireless in making certain they fit comfortably and I get optimal sight. I wouldn't trust my eyes, or my family's, to anyone else. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Panoptica for over thirty years now, for regular specs, varifocals, for daily disposable and monthly disposable contact lenses.Always excellent quality care and products - I've been very pleased with my experience with Rob and the team and strongly recommend Panoptica.

My journey with Panoptica went from amazing to shockingly disappointing.We live very close by, and my husband went there for an eye check-up and contact lens fitting and now gets his contact lenses every three months from there.I love their themed-based displays and I think it is a genius marketing strategy.I went there for the first time on 14.6.23 for my eye check-up and it went ok, I was asked to "not blink" for a duration of over a minute which as a challenge!This was followed by further appointments on 23.6, 15.7, 2.8, 10.8, 31.8 and 27.9. In these appointments, a lot of variations of lens were tests and the whole contact lens fitting was exhausting but professional and interesting at the same time. Robert and I chatted a lot and due to me being breastfeeding, my eye power was fluctuating, and we went from dailies to two weekly lenses. I tried and we experimented a lot and I could see his knowledge and willingness to help me. Around August time (midway during all these appointments), I even got them some slices of my husband birthday cake as we had such a good relationship. However, things started to take an unexpected turn in the last few appointments as I noticed that Robert started to mention things like an appointment on the high street is quite expensive and I felt that I was there too often? His colleagues went from nice in the beginning to ignoring me at the end. Anyways, I paid £150 on my last appointment, my husband paid £90 for the same service. I understand that my examinations took much longer to determine the issue, but I don't see this as my fault as I did and tried what I was told to do. I have two children and only a certain capacity on time to myself so I wasn?t there because I had nothing else to do.Nonetheless, I went to Germany and started driving there with my new lenses when I began noticing in the evening that the car lights had streaking lights causing fatigue to my eyes. Being back in London, I called up for an appointment and went there again on the 22.12 to double-check as I was not experiencing this before Panoptica, with this severity. I had it always a bit but it was not affecting me this much. Being from Germany, I do expect froma professional place an after-care service and that the lens that had been fitted are for a long-term purpose. The conclusion was that the lens I got are good for daylight and not ideal for the evening. I would need glasses in the evening. I never heard this ever before. Robert discouraged me to do a 3D scan of my eyes as this would not change anything and to buy the glasses at Panoptica (he reckon they were too expensive for me?). Maybe he meant this in a good way, I am not sure. and Anyways, he said it would take time to find the right glasses for me. I would have to pay for the search as well (as if I did not pay for any service that has been provided?) At the till, he said that I cannot just walk in here as I am not a patient, and they will waive off this follow-up appointment! The lenses that I got fitted by him and his extensive examination were not working out somehow was my fault, I guess. At the end, I wasted time and money and then he has the audacity to tell me that I am not welcomed? I am super disappointed of the rudeness that has been displayed. They have definitely lost a potential long-term customer, a loyal customer (my husband) and a number of future customers (my friends who wanted to be seen by him because I was very happy with the care he provided in the beginning). A very sad ending but this was my experience with Panoptica -so bottom line if you have a straightforward case then it will all be good (well in that case why spend so much money with them just go to specsavers or so?) otherwise he will just get edgy and make you feel uncomfortable for no fault of your own!

I have been seeing Rob for over 20 years. He is outstanding! He?s knowledgeable, highly personable and tailors his advice to your specific needs. I no longer live in the area, but I wouldn?t trust anyone else with my eyes but Rob.

My son Mikey has Ortho K lenses which has made such a huge impact as he no longer wears glasses and can see for all the football and sport he plays. Great service.
