Overall, I had a great experience at the Langham. The staff were very friendly, and the food was nice as well. The only thing that I am not super convinced is that the price of the champagne was a bit high (24 quids per glass) for a relatively cheap brand (Taittinger).

My wife Lynsey and I went for afternoon tea on September 12th. Totally disappointed. Table not ready when we arrived. Had to look for somewhere to sit. No help from staff.
