Twice now she has helped me in store to find the right colours and given invaluable guidance on colour choice and application. Before going in store to F&B the first time, I would have guessed the experience might be a bit unwelcoming and likely less helpful than what I can read online, but it was totally the opposite. Cannot speak for all F&B showrooms, but my experience with Danielle has been first class. If she were making social media content in the showroom with tips and advice, I would absolutely be watching.”

Natasha, Fasal and the team could not have been more helpful when we returned a can of paint and it spilled in transit leaving them with a massive cleaning job in store. “I was served by a couple of people but the Dutch lady apologies can't remember her name was particularly helpful with suggestions and I booked the colour consultation with Nicola which was great as she came to the house and we looked at the colours together. I have been dreaming of painting my house in F & B colours for years now, would recommend based on recent experience”

I’m shopping at Leyland in Finchley Road, London a few times a week for different stuff that I need to get the jobs done like for the past 3 years that’s the only leyland I've stepped in. Recently noticed one of your employee, don’t really know her name but I believe it’s Artira as that’s the name on my last receipt she gave me, she’s always smiley and helpful and when she sees ques are getting big she just jumps on the till to serve the costumers like she did today, very helpful as I was in a bit of a rush. 5 stars to the shop and 5 stars to her, Leyland give her a raise or a promotion.”

“Eltham DIY. Not what you expect with the title of “DIY” shop. Obviously a place where they care about quality and providing a service not just a standard DIY operation. The owner is always helpful and the quality of the paint and wallpaper is exceptional. He spent plenty of time with my wife and I as we darted between different wall paper designs. It must be frustrating for him but he took his time and we got there. 5 stars well deserved.”

“This one of those small shops that specialises in something it's very good at. Matching and supplying paints to cars that no one else can. Even the manufacturer. Parking is limited so I'd recommend calling ahead, getting your paint order completed, then arriving at opening time to grab, pay and go. They supplied a perfect match for my 2003 mitsubishi carisma.”
