The units were ordered in Italy and were of a very high standard, design and quality.The installation of the units and wall tiles was a good standard however the floor tiles were not properly installed so in a few days time the tiles began to creak underneath and move, the grouting in many of them came out. Very disappointed with the attitude of their builders who would not listen to our observations during the whole process. Major errors in constructing the fan resulted in not to be able to use it properly and there is no outlet for the steam. After numerous phone calls to the head office and their acknowledgment we still have not have received the appropriate after sales support and feel very let down. Definitely we will never use them again for future projects and don't recommend them to anyone. Overall great products but shoddy service.

Great shop and showroom. One stop shop for kitchens and bathrooms. Very helpful staff that can guide you through everything you will need for your project. Very large range of tiles, flooring, sanitary ware and accessories at various price points.
