I rented a coffee machine from Ozone. We couldn't go ahead with it because I wasn't informed a special socket was necessary. They said they would refund me but 2 months later still haven't.

As an American in London, looking for a great espresso, I was so fortunate to find this place! Went one day for coffee and an amazing banana bread. An absolute gem of a place for breakfast. Stopped here one morning on our vacation and had americanos, mochas, French toast, and eggs on sourdough. Everything was prepared perfectly.
