Absolute rubish, parked at the car park and wenr to the restaurant, and had dinner a week latter i received a ticket for parking there, when there was no signs of saying that you had to pay for the car park, as the whole retail park is free parking, these bunch of scumbags send out tickets.

We have stayed here during winter and the hot water system was not working, we got promised to compensate for the nights we stayed without hot water in December but we didn't get anything back!The location was good next to bus stop and near a lovely Turkish halal Resturant.

Booked room with a double and single bed, for heavily pregnant wife and our child to make use of the double while I used the single. Arrived to find that the reservation via telephone translated into a room with 3 single beds and no way for them to accommodate the specific request we had made and they had confirmed on booking. Apparently reservations are handled by an overseas team and so specifics such as this are frequently not conveyed to this hotel branch. Sorry, but if a customer cannot rely on a conversation had by the reservations team, why should we book a room at the hotel at all?To top it all off, although agreeing they were at fault, their head office could only apologise but explain that a refund would take 7 to 14 days to materialise in order to allow a thorough investigation of who had made the error. At one point I was even asked if by chance I had an audio recording of the phone call in which we had booked the room!

Booked a room months ago as we are going to see Guns N Roses and the hotel phoned today, 6 days before to cancel our booking, without any alternative offered. We are now left with no where to stay, we have tried everywhere, but everywhere is full because of the event this upcoming weekend. I don't know how this place can leave people in this situation, I am gutted at the prospect that we won't be able to attend. We are not local enough for commuting. I would not recommend relying upon this hotel, you would think booking months ago that your booking would be secure. No explanation given other than an issue on there end and it does not appear it has happened to all guests either.

Very well priced for an overnight business trip.Nothing to complain about the room, its cleanliness or the staff.Works a treat as long as location isn't your top priority.There's a bus stop in front of it and it is walkable to the Tube.WiFi worked fine.

Zero ?I had the disfortune of staying for 5 nights as I was in a training course nearby.I couldn't wait to leave.Deluxe room and breakfast was paid for.I received no breakfast,I wasn't refunded .The reception was not welcoming I was ignored every time I passed by.Customer service is way down on the list at this hotel.The restaurant/Bar area is served by a lady who wears her uniform jumper inside out for some reason.Hotel smells of a mixture of Bombay mix ,Body odour and vinegar.Decor is very dated and really rundown. Soundproofing is non existent so while in bed you can hear everything,Cars in car park,Kids inhaling Co2 gass and playing music in cars.You can hear The Lady's of the night that are delivered to the hotel every night knocking on the rooms and the services they are there to deliver.The spacious room has a small heater on the wall so put it up high straight away to warm up the damp room.Window has large gaps where condensation covers the window and black mould is present.Water puddles collect on window seal and run down the wall This is not cleaned up by the cleaners .Bed is soft .Black long hair already underneath the quilt to great me .The hairs appeared in the toilet the following evening upon my return (I have Bald head).This really needs to be taken over by Premier Inn with new staff.

BS HotelEx Ramada now run by amateurs.Arrived Saturday, at reception informed Air Conditioning out of order for whole Hotel except Reception(!?).It would be seen to.Room had moths, not really cleaned. No fridge.Hottest days of year 43 degrees no aircon.Had to sleep with window open noise and fumes from main road, no sleep.Monday no Air Con repair.Wanted to check out day early. Ali from reception says there's no refund and asked if we'd stay on if we got an Air Con room!! (Which we booked to begin with.)Then he said there was no refund because we hadn't complained Air Con, said reception had informed us themselves about defect on Saturday. Then Ali pretends he doesn't know who was at reception then.No refund for lousy stay.Left without checkout as he refused to give it.No refund for night we left early due to conditions. Still waiting. Will reclaim via credit card.Absolutely amateur hotel. Never again.

So we ended up staying here for a gig at Alexandra Palace and we had left it too long for a Travelodge or Premier Inn nearer the venue, this was the next cheapest when using discount codes and an uber was going to be about £11 each way so we had to factor that in as well.Upon arrival the greeting was warm and friendly, but things didn't really improve from there.The colour scheme of the halls is some odd combination of yellow and blue.The room is very basic and even compared to a standard budget hotel it's a bit grim. The handle on the bedside was hanging off, there is residual grim in the bathroom and it just seems a bit unloved.The beds are very cheap and springy, but they'll do the job for a night.Rooms: Very basic, room didn't even have plugs either side of the bed, only behind the TV on the cabinet.

This hotel was a bargain for less than £70 on a Saturday night. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the "bald headed man"....his description not mine!! Room was quiet & the bed was really comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Good for buses as the stops are very close.

Staff friendly, power shower. That's the only positive...no A.C. room was constantly over 25c, no exhaust fan in the room. Bathroom is in urgent need of refurbishment, toilet base cracked, vinyl flooring peeling, mould on tiles, room full of bugs. Room smelled, door into room deteriorating, one chair for a double room. Coffee table need to be tipped due age and wear. The chair needs maintenance on the legs. Parking horrendous especially on a Friday night. Was chased by security of the bar nextdoor when i tried to park in a hotel reserved space. ZERO breakfast facilities except McDonald's (YUK!!!). Best advice ---- stay away. Our room and lobby entrance mat still had the Ramada branding. We had ground floor so could not leave the window open all night. Staff did give us a fan from night one but will never stay again or recommend to anyone...

I would advise people to stay away from this place - it is really bad. I booked 3 rooms because I was visiting London with family. The shower in one of the rooms did not work. The wash basin tap was also faulty - the hot water wasn't mixing with the cold so I would hurt my hands everytime I washed them. In another room, the AC was broken and was making loud noise through the night. The housekeeping staff also managed to somehow lose a piece of our clothing (not sure how). The lift and stairs smell very bad (someone needs to clean the place). The whole place needs some serious TLC. I also couldn't find any parking so ended up using an unsecure car park overnight.When you complain to the manager, he says "we are only here to serve tea and coffee and if you have complaints, make a complaint and they will give you compensation" his exact words. Housekeeping are lazy and don't do a proper job. I don't want to catch a disease so won't be coming back.

Worst experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.I?m writing to complain about several issues I have encountered whilst currently staying at this supposedly 3/4 star hotel. Firstly I would just like to mention the stench that roams around the hotel. Smells like curry smothered over the walls squirted with bio sweat. It?s absolutely disgusting. Also we could not get through to reception so have to always go downstairs to speak to them. We checked in on 27th august, the room we checked into was not clean properly and the toilet roll was half used. We have hardly had any sleep as we could hear the pipes making noise throughout the night.We specifically spoke to two different members of housekeeping team on 28th august in the morning in regards to not having our room cleaned. We did not want anyone coming into our room because we had our stuff out and we had already cleaned the room when we checked in. We asked for a do not disturb sign but they said they did not have one. We explained this clearly to them to make sure not to enter our room. When we came back into our room we noticed it had been cleaned and our things had been moved. We had already explained not to enter our room but they did not listen. I noticed my item of clothing had disappeared. Housekeeping have thrown my item of clothing away. The fact that the housekeeping service did not listen and they threw my item away. Shocking!The hot water was not working for 1 whole day. We asked for it to be fixed however the man just checked it and was not able to fix.I explained all of these issues to the duty manager Ali but he said he could not do anything and to write a complaint. I?m not sure what his role is as a duty manager then if he cannot resolve at least some complaints.I have stayed at many hotels throughout the UK and cannot believe the level of service I have received at this hotel. I?m absolutely disgusted.Not to mention the toilet keeps on blocking snd the bedding smells unpleasant.EVERYONE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will not refund you no matter what the issue is.

Hotel itself is a little dated but our double room was clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly & was easy to check in & out. There are bus stops right outside the hotel, which run regularly to tube / overground stations for onward travel around London. The TFL app is great to help you get round London. Was a good, budget stay overall.

The hotel and staff were amazing and definitely a hotel I would like to stay in again. Unfortunately, the reservations call centre are rubbish and will stop me booking again. A few days before my stay I was told that the booking had not gone through which was quite stressful. Eventually I spoke to someone else who said all was fine. So I went to London not knowing if my booking was valid. Totally incompetent!
