This is how it's supposed to be. A well sorted shop. Two very nice guys running the thing. I was struggling to find a particular item in London, gave them a call, they said they have it and I can come pick it up. Even though I described it poorly they knew what I needed.

Came here looking for a rucksack. They have an excellent range and Yusuf the manager was very friendly and helpful in finding the right bag. Much better than the big chains, well worth making a special trip to Camden for.

I went there yesterday to buy my first pair of walking boots, and the patience and experienced help of the owner that I received reminded me of why I find that I so often benefit from doing the reverse of what I understand many others do: researching on line and buying in a shop. While I was there, a couple of other customers also seemed to be benefitting hugely from the owner's wealth of knowledge.

Yuzuf Ahmed charged me £2 for a refund (for his bank charges apparently). Even though there is no such fee in terms and conditions. He is a bit rude as well.

I had been searching high and low to find a pair of comfortable waterproof shoes when I decided to visit this shop. Yusuf spent pretty much around two hours with me to help me get the right shoes and also gave me detailed useful advice for buying a jacket and other purchases. Would recommend this shop over the 'bigger' stores (e.g. Costwold, North Face) as you get useful and honest advice instead of the generic kind.

Brilliant store! I came here to get a pair of walking boots. Yusuf was extremely helpful; he spent a long time finding the right pair with me. I was very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend the store and service!

Visited here today to look at walking boots after mine leaked on a couple of recent outings.The staff here were excellent. Really friendly and knowledgeable service from start to finish.I bought a pair of Zamberlan walking boots and am really happy with them.... So much so that I managed to leave my hat and bag in the store... Thankfully one of the staff ran down the street to find us with them! ??Thanks so much.Definitely recommended.I could have saved a few quid buying online but I appreciate the service and for the small difference is much rather shop local. ??

This place is brilliant - it always has what I need, the guy running it gives straightforward advice, and he goes the extra mile. I've been there 4 times now, and hopefully it'll be around for many years to come.

Excellent service and advice at this premium outdoor equipment store. They appear to be London?s only supplier of Zamberlan hiking boots (my go-to gear for Camino and Heysen Trail walking), and Mehmet did a great job fitting me out with a pair of 152 Yeren Low GTX hiking boots. Thanks guys.
