Items are lovely but staff need training on how to deal with customers. Lady in the dressing room was rude. And after I finished trying on the clothes, told me that I had to put the clothes back on the hangers! Even though others left after me and weren?t told the same. Won?t shop here again.

Ayan was so lovely and was the only helpful person in the store. Other ones are just very young girls chitchatting and giggling. I have been shopping in this store since it was opened. Very sad to see the quality of clothings have gone down so much. I still own a lot of items I bought over the last 10 years.

Today, the girls in the fitting room were disrespectful towards customers. I asked one of them if she wouldn't mind bringing me a smaller-sized jumper because I was interested in it. Not only did she look at me in shock for asking for help, but she also handed me the smaller size jumper in a very impolite manner, practically throwing it at me, despite my thanking her for it. She didn't even offer a fake professional smile. This caused me distress. The worker with blonde hair and a ponytail was not wearing a badge, so very sadly I don?t know her name.Since I wasn't pleased with their manners, I brought both jumpers without the hangers to the entrance of the fitting room. Still, another employee told me that next time, I should make sure to bring the clothes already on hangers and neatly arranged. Seriously? The girls in there were chatting about life showing very little interest.This type of childish and unprofessional attitude towards customers is what keeps, someone who has always loved this store, from returning. Instead, I left the items I intended to buy there. I'm not willing to pay one pound more for such bad service.P.S. I'm also avoiding mentioning in detail the incident downstairs where The Ordinary oils and serums were missing prices. Despite asking three times, no one was able to find out the price, and the girl seemed a bit restless and stressed when asked. I was happy to buy a bigger bottle instead but regardless this shouldn?t happen.Today, this store was a complete disappointment in every possible way so management is aware of my complaint.

Found some cute accessories here but mainly dropping a review to mention that the store is pet friendly! My dog was allowed and we had a good time :)

Guys don?t make any order from this website, Evri company is doing the delivery and you will not receive anything, i have been waiting for my order 20 days , at the end they just said we will refund your money after 10 days !!

The brown-skinned clerk in charge of the fitting room wearing a headscarf was rude, disrespectful and racist. While allowing people to go elsewhere to get more clothes to try on when they had finished trying on the clothes they already had, this clerk was asking Asian people who had not finished trying on clothes to leave the fitting room. After I explained to her that I wasn't done trying on clothes, she had let new people into my fitting room and asked me to leave immediately to get back in line. This was so shocking. I will tell everyone around me not to come to this store, this clerk is very racist!

The clothes are good but ordering from this place is awful! They are so delayed and late. Ordered a dress for a party from their website and it arrived 2 weeks later! Please sort something out with your postal service!!

I went to the store with my friend on a Monday afternoon. And after picked out few clothes I went to the fitting room to try it on. In the mean while there was a staff member in the entrance. I never came to the regent street shop before, so when I saw the sign of wait here to be located for the fitting room I just did so. I asked the staff member if I can try it on, the staff responded ?you can go through? in the first time, but I didn?t really get her clearly because I was a bit tired and the background music from the store was kind of loud. So I just responded her with ?pardon?. And on the second time she immediately looked very offended and annoyed and responded me with a very rude tone ? you can go through?. On the meantime I was really confused and disappointed by her attitude. As English is not my first language, and I believe anyone can be a little bit distracted when the surrounding was kind of noisy, she showed 0% patient in very offensive manner. And even after I have finished fitting, and walked out of the fitting room, I passed the clothes to her she gives me a very fierce and annoyed face. I was really disappointed in staff?s attitude overall. So if you are Asian don?t go there. The staff who treated me like this was also Asian but apparently she doesn?t respect her own cultural heritage.

I love & Other Stories, I really like the style and shops. I am not sure the quality match the prices, but I had an excellent service bringing a lovely top back, as it had an imperfection. I will be visiting again.

I get my phone stolen inside the property.No enough security. Only one sleeping by the e door. Zero help from the Manager, not even to call the police, nobody cared. Manager said that three phones get stolen today in this store plus a wallet from a couple of ladies right after me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE EVERYONE BECAUSE SOMETHING FOR SURE IS WEIRD.

I was queuing with my sister to pay. There was four ladies behind the till all having a personal chat but actually was quiet loud so everyone could here. The two people that was getting served were feeling very awkward and so were we. Only one of them was serving we were just standing there for a while to be served whilst they had a good chat. It?s nice that they were enjoying work but we waited a while and we didn?t want to hear there personal life. It would of been great to be served instead of standing and waiting for them to finish there conversation. They were so distracted to the point where when I was being served she asked me for a bag and I said no thanks but she continued to give me on. I had to grab her attention to tell her I said no. She continued to chat with her collegues..
