This pharmacy generally are good. Two long term pharmacists have been there years that know me. The new turnover of staff that appeared since changed hands ask you to write name & date of birth down as dont know you. It has been known to be open over Christmas. Its the local one for the community. You may at times have to wait around for meds as it gets very busy. They have no text message service to inform of when your meds are ready of which they used to. They should bring this back....

Had to run into this pharmacy today with my hand bleeding from a cut. The pharmacist was extremely kind and very competently cleaned and bandaged my hand and gave me advice how to treat it. Can highly recommend this pharmacy for the kindness and competency or their staff.

Completely incompetent staff, I think it was the manager ... he recommends medicines, but then he bags you more without you realizing it. you go back to the pharmacy to make complaints about what he sold me, and he also seems dazed. Hiring decent and qualified staff in this pharmacy that with people's health is no game !!!

Nearly every day, they never open on time. When the staff do turn up to open the doors, you still have to wait for the pharmacist to turn up if you are needing a prescription.The whole place should be in and prepared and have the place ready to open for the opening times on the door!So, save yourself the hassle and just add an extra 30mins on to the opening times to arrive, unless you love standing around.Or alternatively, use Abbey St Chemist. The friendliest reliable chemist around.

Just had the most horrible rude service there. I went inside and the older female staff treated me like i am utter trash. No greeting or asking what i need just hostile staring at me then acting as if it is outrageous that im looking for 50mg iron supplement. Then she barks at me "Who told you to take that?". Disgusting experience. Seeing that others apparently get good service there i would guess the fact that i am a young black female might be why i was treated as less than a person.

Emtiaz is a great pharmacist. But you'll need to ask for a printed label for items they owe you. Today I had to pay OTC for an item they owed me because the pharmacist "didn't see a prescription on the system for it"...Update: They called me back, admitted the mistake and refunded the extra purchase. Nice one!

We needed COVID tests to travel back to the US, and couldn't find lateral flow tests anywhere in the city. We asked here, and the pharmacist overheard us and asked where we're going. We told him and he immediately knew what kind of test we needed. He prepared an antigen test for within 24h before our departure time the next day, so we came back after a pint, and we had results in less than an hour. Clean and organized, and very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Thanks!

I have had the best service here from the pharmacists, thoroughly recommend. I've brought my 2 year old in twice recently and the pharmacist has given us great advice /medication on the spot. He remembered us when we came in today and checked how we were doing. Have also found them good previously for prescriptions and flu jabs.

Friendly staff. Nice pharmacy. And they carry out what they promise. Also a very efficient covid testing service. Impressive.
