Very helpful. I dropped by to see if I could find a tile to replace a missing floor tile in my porch and was given one that fitted perfectly at no charge. Great customer service.

Fantastic tiles, knowledge and helpful staff but best of all genuine customer care. I made a muddle with my on-line order and needed larger tiles than I had ordered, plus two extra, not only did the showroom in Crouch End sort it out they didn't charge me anything extra despite my mistake. That in this day and age is hard to beat. I would thoroughly recommend Original Features - excellent all round.

Highly recommended! The tiles were of the highest quality and arrived quickly. Outstanding service! The staff are really knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to help you figure out the right ties and design. They were able to help with technical questions and allowed us to explain exactly what we wanted to our tiler. Thank you!

Ordered some samples which still aren't here after over a week. Emailed them to find out where they were, didn't receive a response. If this is representative of the customer experience they provide, certainly won't be risking buying from them.

Lovely little shop with lots of interesting and beautiful items to buy . Large display of old world tiles for hallways . Radiators , wallpaper and paint as well .

Quick and responsive with samples, but take care - you go to order the set you need and they don't have stock and you have wasted time and money on samples. Did refund the price of the sample though. Overall a good service.
