Some people are truly a credit to their profession. On this occasion the assistant I saw, a gentleman by the name of Ali and the exceptional optometrist, Zel. Wow. Both were so friendly and professional. No exaggeration in comparison to where I had been going before. Zel was very honest, clear and fair with my options. I will return in the future and hope both these people are there. Also, just to add, the store is clean and clear.Not sure who I had spoken to on the phone the day before but they were equally friendly. If you're going to spend money on glasses, spend it with people you don't mind having your money lol.

I have had some bad experiences with opticians and wasted alot of money. I thought I would give the Optical Center a try. I have had a great experience from my eye test (& for my 8 yr old daughter) to the support that all the staff have given me with my new glasses. It's always a service with a smile here and they are so helpful and lovely. I will definately be back for future needs and I truly hope this business is here to stay as it's so difficult to find a place that offers a great personable service. I wish each and every staff at this centre all the best and to continue doing what they do so well. Thank you for your help, professional and patience.

I had my eyes tested today at Optical Center Colliers wood. The optician, Zelal was simply perfect. She examined the eyes, found out a best possible lenses, showed me how to use them with different techniques and all. Thank you very much.

Excellent 5 star service. The glasses choice is excellent. Probably the best frames choice for many miles. They have an excellent range of lenses tints. Again this is more lens tints choices available than most other opticians.The equipment used here is also better and more beneficial than all other opticians I've been to.The optician was very informative and excellent service. And all the customer service was 5 star.I was honestly surprised at the high level of customer services this opticians gives.I would highly recommend

I had an eye test today and was dreading needing glasses. Zela s knowledge and skillset is commendable and made me feel comfortable and confident in her hands. Crina helped me choose the appropriate glasses and explained my options to me thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. These lovely staff are a credit to your team.

Raihaan is the best! He fixed my glasses and showed me amazing frames. Highly recommend! I was really impressed with the service. Raihaan was super friendly and knowledgeable, and he helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Will definitely be back !!!!
