I highly recommend Open eye for anyone in need of eye care services. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service, their expertise, and their commitment to ensuring the best possible vision correction make them stand out. I will undoubtedly return for my future eye care needs and continue to refer friends and family to this outstanding optician. I've been there for years, and will continue to go there!

The store looked bright, clean, and welcoming, and I popped in as I needed the eyecheck and contact lenses. The lady in the reception seemed kind, even called the doctor to double check the exact time needed for the examination. I booked the appointment and was really happy about this little cute and affordable optician.However, when I decided to ask for more details, such as orientation price of the lenses, glasses, what types do they have, the receptionist stated that she can't tell any of those and only the doctor after the check may tell any details ( ! Huh?!)Then I said that I just would like to roughly know the price range, what lenses/brands I could potentially choose from; are there any blue light blocking options?The sketchy reply with irritated tone was : " I don't know, we need to order, I can tell only after your eye check, blue light blocking lenses do not exist"??? Then I ask again, " so you can't tell me a price range? OK, what about the glasses? How much could be the thinnest lenses, is there any pricelist? "Then the lady got really impatient and raised her voice: " 350 £ !"Me " OK, great roughly 350£"She " hahaha! I just made this up! I can't tell you any price. "???? seriously, did she just say that?!That conversation became really bitter, and I left the store. Can't believe someone at the front desk makes fun of their customer, raises voice, and refuses to provide the basic information. Disrespectful ?I don't think I want to come back again.
