This shop is closed in Putney, as well as the one in Richmond. Came al the way from Holland, so was dissapointing. They should let Google Maps know (and remove from website) if a shop has moved.

As soon as I walked into the store it felt very much like I was being profiled by the staff members, just watching me constantly or following me. I have poor decision making so didn't appreciate being made to feel hurried up or like I was going to steal something, just a bad vibe. Instead of the staff members pouncing on customers to get us to buy maybe observe, listen, ask open questions slowly and when we say need time and patience to look and feel take it on board as some shoppers are hypersensitive to too much sensory overload eg visuals,colours, music all at once. Please don't judge us either if we say need extra time to explore,play. I'm disabled so also I didn't feel able to try on anything as there was one lady who is always in there is really annoying and makes the same punch line to colleagues which is rather rude about she will buy the same items? I love all your products but I don't like your approach to customer service, could be so much better! It's not inclusive sadly

I really love this store, been in here a few time's with my mobility scooter and today with my rollator due to my disability. Today I was a bit upset I walked round the store slowly while my mother was looking at clothing ( by this comment the staff will now know who I am which I am pleased about) as I was walking around I felt as if I was being watched. (Not a nice feeling as i do order and buy alot from olive bonas homeware range and do not want to feel like I been treated like I will steal anything) and the second thing was as I was at till with my mother, I did question why the amount was what it was as I thought my mother did not realise a simple misunderstanding but I was never rude about this and it was the way the cashier responded I actually did say I thought you said one of the items was 25 not 55, I never expected to be looked at and felt as if wrong to just simply ask for my mums interest, bless my mother she actually understood and the cashier lady to say the item is worth it as its nice and loose for a hot day, my mother was still buying the item and I was not putting her of the item as I said I thought she said it was 25 not 55 so I just doubled checked. Shame as I really do love this store but I rather go to another store now as the way this made me feel. There is one lovely lady that when I have gone in there a few times has helped due to my disability I dont know her name but thank you.

This is definitely my favourite Oliver Bonas I have been in, and I always go in whenever I see one so I have been in a good few! A lovely big store with loads of interesting and inspiring displays, friendly staff, good music and enough energy and activity going on that it felt very welcoming and easy to spend time browsing! If only I could afford to buy more in there! So many lovely things. My visit put me in a good mood this afternoon after a trip to the dentist, thanks Putney OB team xx

I often pop into Oliver Bonas in Putney to have a browse. It's a great store with a fab turnover of items. and the staff are always really attentive in there. I wouldn't usually leave a review but today I was so pleased with two of the team, Sarah E and Shiraz - that it's only right to give them 5 star review. Sarah actually offered to steam a jumper that I was buying for me as she noticed there was a crease across the front. After that, she and Shiraz went out of their way to find a beautiful skirt that wasn't available in the size I needed in the Putney store. They tried online and multiple stores, eventually tracking one down for me! Thanks so much both of you! If only everyone in retail was as much of a pleasure to deal with!

Popped in for a browse on Sunday. Beautiful stock and the staff were lovely. Great background music to. Bought a few cards and a pair or stunning earings at a really fair price.Shopped again in Jan 22 and again great service lovely staff.

TOP TIP: Oliver Bonas also sell larger furniture - check online. I previously purchased two wonderful solid wood pieces.REVIEW: Honestly, I can?t seem to pass any Oliver Bonas without stopping in to browse (and usually buying something!).Staff are always super helpful and friendly, and absolutely check it out during sale time.They have a range of good quality reasonably priced small items too (purses, jewellery, books) ideal for gifts and an amazing range of hilarious greeting cards.I also recently found one in Heathrow airport. Ideal for last minute gifts.
