Terrible service! I came in to exchange a pair of earrings (untouched still packaged) rather than saying sorry we don't return or exchange earrings theManger had a serious attitude was actually really rude to me! Such a shame as this is one of my favourite stores!

Had a lovely experience here today. Received a faulty bracelet and the team here didn?t even hesitate to replace it for me. Huge thank you to the lovely lady who I spoke to on the phone in the morning, she then helped in store and I unfortunately can?t remember her name but she was brilliant. Also shout out to the rest of the team for playing with my dog and giving him a treat! He is usually shy but warmed up to everyone there ?? 10/10

So disappointed with this store, store policy, more like money grabbersI took my 8 year old daughter to help buy a birthday gift for my wife, while the staff was very helpfull and we ended up choosing a neck less for £42, I would have assumed this would come in a presented box, but no I was handed a see through plastic bag and then asked would I like to buy a box for an extra pound, I asked why they could not provide a free box as most other places would do when spending £42, the sale assistant just said it was store policyAnother customer next to me also found this very strange and seemed more astounded than I was, seriously if you want repeat customer this is something you need to look at

This is a small shop of treats! Like a Pandora's box of clothes, accessories, jewellery, bags, homeware goods, like cups and saucers, candles, throws and even the odd lovely bit of furniture. The staff are super helpful and let you potter about looking at stuff without hassling you. I love popping in and seeing what they have. I always find something to buy. High quality goods at reasonable prices. ?Highly recommended by me!

The lady that helped me was very polite, helpful not pushy or intrusive, I went specifically to look at a piece of jewellery on the website as undecided and ended up buying this and another piece too. I would now make this my preferred Oliver Bonas to shop in from now on.

Every time I pop into this store it?s kind of disappointing. Today was no different, got a few cards and some wrap - which I carefully took from stand to cash desk, where the assistant simply took no care and dutifully squished and creased for me. Thanks
