Went to see a movie. Starting time was 12:00. I had to go pick up my daughter from school at 15:00. Movie duration stated 2:40.Turns out, they first roll ads for 30 minutes. It doesn?t say anywhere on the ticket for how long ads are supposed to go, and what time the movie will end.Result: paid 20£ to watch half an hour of ads, and couldn?t finish the movie.

For the future reference, I need to raise the issue regarding the premiere seat. Due to the head rest front of me, I wasn?t able to see the full screen. Now I am like..what is the point to pay extra? ????? ..

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I went there yesterday, we were sitting for 15 minutes, waiting for a film to start, nobody told us that the screen was broken and they sold the tickets regardless. I could not get a refund, because my ticket was a voucher. They refused to put ne on the next screeing, 30 minutes after, because it was IMAX experience and not "like for like". I asked to get refund at least for coke and popcorn. They refunded. To somebody else account! Staff was clueless and rude. Go to Courzon cinema, 1 minute walk. Much better cinema experience.

Hotspot place for Wimbledon. Right in the middle of the high street, making it easy to access. Has a large number of screens and 5 of popcorn/drinks/snacks is varied.

Wonderful IMAX movie theatre. The sound and picture quality were superb. There seemed to be a lot of premium seating, which were very comfortable and roomy. Odeon cinemas are great in general and this was no exception.

The whole experience from start to finish was delightful. From the friendly smile from staff to support with making purchase, Joel and his staff were beyond accommodating. I would gladly travel to this cinema all the way from Romford every time I want to see a movie just for this service. Not to mention the regular seats were comfy. Customer service Top tier, chef?s kiss.

Thoroughly disappointed by ny recent experience at Wimbledon Odeon.1. All tickets to be purchased from a machine? And no apparent facilities to take cash, only transactions with card?2. And what's with the variable pricing? Different prices if I chose to buy a ticket online before going to the site, but if you do buy on the app, you have to pay a £1/ticket fee!!!3. The algorithm for chosing a seat prevents single tickets from being bought in certain locations as it will leave a single seat gap. This is a ludicrous restriction across all showings. Understandable for some but not all!!4. Only being able to buy refreshments from the machines where tickets are bought. I was sent away from the ice cream stand to buy the ice cream as they apparently didn't have any tills for use on the stand.5. And finally the screens were not cleaned between showings. I went to see the 2:40 showing of Wicked Little Letters. If you're going to insist on assigned seating then at least make sure the screens are cleaned between showings.

Good cinema when there are good films. Bit frustrating to buy the tickets (online is best but they charge a fee per ticket). Easy to get through and get food/snacks, then to the screen. Often the list isn?t working so if you need it check before booking because there?s only stairs or escalators to get up.

Half the screens at this odeon are filthy and need to be cleaned / replaced. Whenever bright images are shown, you'll notice patches of brown translucent dirt all over the display which hinders immersion greatly. When I pay £22 for an Imax experience I expect better.

IMAX, enough said really, went on a last minute trip and was throughly impressed, staff were helpful and plenty of food options and snacks.
