The IMAX auditorium is so poorly maintained, with worn-out and torn leather seats and peeling table layers. The design of the IMAX auditorium has some serious problem. I strongly recommend avoiding the seats I've marked in green in the attached image. If you book those seats, the bottom part of the screen will be obstructed by the auditorium's architectural structure.

The recliners are comfortable, which makes it a lovely experience, though they're sometimes broken. The kind staff compensate for it.Food is good but also sometimes stale.

Comfortable. Great sound. Don?t lose anything there through because they?re not good at returning lost property. Left 2 small items on my seat that had fallen out of my pocket. Cleaners will have seen them but probably didn?t want the hassle. Cost me £60

Warning! ?? The IMAX screen isn't working properly and is shaking around like crazy causing the film to blur.We just finished watching Dune Part 2 at the ODEON Luxe Swiss Cottage in London and unfortunately the screening was almost unwatchable.The bass sound was so strong throughout the film that it physically shook the projector causing it to blur and lose focus to a point where whole scenes were lost to the shaking.This was an incredibly frustrating experience and so disappointing as it completely spoilt the film as I was unable to concentrate or engage for long periods of time.Scenes involving the spice collectors in particular were so shaky that characters faces became unrecognisable.When we finished the screening we decided to ask staff about our experience and they responded with 'We're aware of the problem but have no ability to solve it'

There are MICE at this cinema. Paid quite a bit to watch a movie on the IMAX and had the most unpleasant experience with mice scurrying around the aisles and getting into our stuff during the movie. After having this horrible experience, I lodged an official complaint and asked for a refund and did not even get an adequate response.
