I absolutely love this cinema, it's easy to get too and has very good customer service. The chairs are so comfortable and have plenty of leg room. Would definitely recommend going here to chill, watch a movie, and have a nice snack.

The opposite of lux. Yes there are reclining chairs but the rest of the experience was so bad.- Tiny screen for the size of the cinema, felt like I was in my living room watching on a flat screen- Extremely hot in the cinema (was the AC not working or something??)- Crap soundproofing - I could hear everyone around me rustling, eating popcorn etc.- Bad sound quality- More expensive than a regular cinema!

I always enjoy coming to this cinema, especially for the reclining seats! Staff are always lovely and friendly, cinema is clean with plenty of food, snacks and drinks options. Costa coffee is also on site. I find most other standard cinema's are uncomfortable with staff being rude, but here is comfortable and staff are always helpful and friendly.

Wasted journey, just showed up to see the a movie for an evening out with a friend to experience Odeon Luxe from Surrey, and they have a technical fault, so the movie can not be shown. It's very disappointing we came from so far to enjoy this venue, and the staff are just so nonchalant about the whole thing that no one is sympathetic or offers any alternatives. I'm very disappointed!!!!

A good local cinema for PutneyThree screens with luxury reclining seats and the screens are a decent size so they cinema gets the Luxe rating amongst the Odeon chain

I have a terrible time at the Odeon yesterday , had new workers and they were being super slow and I was already being late to the movie and we could of been on time but the worker took all the time in the world and it was frustrating on top of that messed up our food order and absolutely was messy. We came back for the next showing which we were allowed to because we missed so much of the movie. Once we gotOur snacks and drinks we paid for they didn?t even give us the jalapeño on the nachos and myice cream that I paid for. Absolutely a mess and a scam.
