We had installed boiler from this company about 6 years ago and we get our servicing done from them. They provide Excellent and prompt customer service.

Bob was a landlord of mine many years ago.He rented out a flat to us which initially seemed fit for purpose. Two weeks after moving in, we came home from work one evening to find a scaffolding on the flat he had rented to us. He hadn't even told us about the planned works when signing the tenancy agreement. It was all a ploy to get someone in before major building work was to be carried out.We complained to our letting agent and nothing was done. They offered us a £50 a week discount on our rent until the building work was completed. We accepted this offer as it was already too late as we had already moved in.The building work went on for over 6 months. We discovered a loft conversion was being built above us. We had to suffer from drilling and hammering from above 6 days a week which took a toll on our mental health.After 6 months, we left at the earliest opportunity we could. Bob and the letting agent witheld our £1280 deposit to make up for the £50 a week, £200 a month discount they agreed on.We took things further with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) and after months of endless phone calls and emails we had our deposit returned to us in full.Bobs real name is Mukand Mudgal. He's untrustworthy and cuts corners. He told us endless lies and failed to answer our emails or return our calls.He lives at 39 Church Road, Southall, UB2 4NUTrading standards is well aware of his dishonest business practices.

We had our new boiler fixed in end of February 2020. Alongside we added the NEST control system to be able to manage the hot water and heating separately. After three weeks the control panels stopped working. We had to manually turn hot water on and off. And when we turned hot water on, the heating would turn on as well. This issue we had from before and we explained this to Bob.We had specially asked that this is one of our major issue. He was extremely confident that it will be fixed and two motors/valves had to be changed. I?m not an engineer so I would believe whatever you tell me.Because of the lockdown, he couldn?t come back to check. So for months we were dealing with hot water and heating issues. We paid so much money for what?When the lockdown lifted, it took us weeks to get him to come down. Only kept getting told i?ll be here this week and never showed up.Eventually Bob came down and said it was a different motor thats causing the issue. So it will cost more to change it. We paid a certain amount of money for you to solve this issue. Now if you changed the wrong motors, how is that our fault???Regardless of charging us more, its end of August now...and we are still chasing Bob to sort the issue out. He doesn?t answer the phone. And when he does he lies about when he will come.He might have quoted slightly cheaper than British Gas but at least you can get hold British Gas who will sort the issue out!Don?t get involved with this company please. I don't want anyone else going through what we are dealing with.

After a few bad experiences with plumber, I finally found the right man to look after my heating. He came on time, did a great job, gave good advises and left the place very tidy. All of this at a very competitive price. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was ok. I couldn't ask for more. I ll definitely recommend Bob to anyone.
