Came into the store for the 2nd day in a row due to an issue with phone service, Aaron recognised us from the day before and was very kind to assist my issue and proceed to fix it shortly after. Highly recommend going to him for any assistance you require.

Awful Experience. Due to a broken phone screen have to upgrade. Staff were unhelpful and we left. Going elsewhere. Jamie was the staff member who served us and he couldn't have cared less. Not impressed at all. O2 need to train their staff better.

Weird shop. The staff couldn't be more unhelpful or apathetic, even when you're paying a lot of money for a phone. The staff member who dealt with me wrongly advised me on setting up my new phone, then kept wandering off and leaving me to struggle with it by myself. He didn't even bother giving me the Wi Fi password, which I needed as a first step to setting my phone up. He also kept looking at his own phone and laughing in front of me, instead of helping me out. Disgustingly unprofessional.
As a result of this terrible customer service, I'm still struggling to set my phone up days later. Thanks for nothing O2 The Strand branch.
