Very delicious homemade scones with clotted cream and jam. Matcha and coffee are really tasty and the waiters are very friendly. Highly recommend.

Very nice location. Good spot to stay before going to national gallery.
They had a drink called orange Americano. I found this a funny combination and it worked out well. The pastries and not phenomenal, but pretty good.
A good place to catch up with your friends.

Disappointed. The service was poor and the skinny iced decaf mocha was a 3/10? it makes such a difference when the person who is serving you is attentive and listens - there were only a few other people in Notes at the time. It?s a shame because the location in the heart of London is great.

I would not recommend engaging with this establishment. While spending time near the cafe, I approached the lady cashier to request some water, ensuring I was polite. However, her behavior was inappropriate, showing a lack of respect that made me unwilling to proceed with an order. Their internal approach to customer service seems unprofessional, which is concerning. Since marketing relies on the 7 Ps?particularly people, the most crucial factor?I hope improvements are made to enhance the overall experience for end users.

Been here 3/4 times since I started working in Trafalgar Square. Haven?t eaten here yet but they do a great coffee! Nice, professional staff. Great atmosphere.
