Originally I was undecided as to whether this store was a good idea. Now, after some time, I can tell you that the staff are super friendly and helpful, the selection of items is good and the pricing reasonable. A great addition to Northcote Road!

I returned a parcel to house of Fraser. We have reason to believe the parcel was tampered with after retuning it this counter. I am requesting video footage of the parcel. Please take pictures of everything your return to this store.

The staff, the products, the location are everything we needed in this area away from the more expensive supermarkets. Northcote Food and Wine Ltd is run by strong leadership and a really delightful, friendly, kind and very efficient staff. They are a huge bonus to our community and I cannot recommend them enough.
