Really friendly staff and great shop

I visited this store today and the staff weren?t helpful at all, no ckesr instructions on where to line up and caused other customers to get served before me. One of the staff (Danny) was very rude and dismissive when I queried the price of an item, and stated that it?s always that price. Very disappointed to receive this type of service from a Nike store.

Nike Battersea has a light, open and modern feel, with a great range of stock. I was really pleased the Nike Air forces we bought.The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the reason I gave the store four stars is because I had to seek out assistance as the three staff members were distracted chatting in a corner, rather than having awareness and actively looking out for the customers in the store.Will I be going back again, definitely.

Attended a soca workout class in the studio at this nike store with Coach Popz, it was absolutely amazing. Staff in the store were also helpful and polite. Would be interested in more classes like this.

Stay away from this store the staff are rude and not helpful at all.took back a pair of trainers for a refund and got told they have already been returned and refunded? But I?m in the shop with them so how does that work? No customer service whatsoever stay away.

I went in with my 4 year old daughter and was met by a member of the team (katie) Straight away she introduced herself to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. She was amazing with her and helped us through the whole process of sizing her feet and finding her the right shoes. Amazing customer service throughout. Nike should be proud of their team.

Disgusting customer service. Aggressive, argumentative and disrespectful. Rang Nike Head Office to complain immediately upon leaving the store. Was told by them to locate the Store Manager. Eventually spoke to the Store Manager and was told they would have a word with the ?Athlete? (ffs) in question. I said I wanted an apology from this person but was told any discussions between staff would remain internal and private and no apology would be forthcoming. I was told that if I escalated the complaint it would be referred back to the Store Manager and the process would begin again and go round in circles. The buck, it seems, doesn?t stop anywhere. If anyone from Nike management is reading this, you have a very aggressive and belligerent individual working at your Battersea Power Station branch. Have a word with him. No excuses. Just do it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I returned a pair of Alphafly next % 2 on the 8th of January and still have not received any information on my refund, now almost 4 months later. I have called and spoken to customer service several times, always given a different response. Either that I have been issued refund on the 30th of January (which I did not receive) or that the refund is under investigation and that I should call back in 3-5 days. This is absolutely ridiculous and I?ve seen that this has happened to multiple people. Nikes customer service is one of the worst in the game. No one has helped whatsoever on this matter, and I?m not sure what else to do but leave a review.
