“??There were a few things I didn't understand, and I think it's very unnecessary, first of all, the security guards who met you at the door take you through the passport check-in, as if they're taking you through the bag check-in, the top search check-in, the ticket check-out, and the water you have on you, they Decoy you to security in detail, so this security is too much of an exaggeration, because we're going to enter a roller coaster on the bottom?? Another issue that I'm uncomfortable with is that sometimes on the roller rink we stepped aside to take a breath and relax, I wasn't even allowed to take a photo with my friend, we were standing in a place where we wouldn't disturb anyone, the skating officials inside told us to get off the rink to relax, was it worth getting off the rink for a minute, it's really ridiculous? The staff inside are very respectful and very in love with their work people standing at the door motivated us very much with the style of the cloakroom gentleman and his smiling face. Another employee inside, the Portuguese bartender lady, is also smiling with patience and I really like that she does her job with love thank you very much”

“We love performing at The Two Brewers. Always really helpful and friendly when setting up gigs. Sound is great. The back room has a great space for both seated and standing events. We keep coming back! Always great to support a queer space ans our community.”

Drink prices - amazing,entry- very cheap if u buy in advance and late entry /opening is another bonus. Lately they started to organise THE BUS PARTIES too and I loved it! Thx for everything”

“Fantastic venue, intimate with a chill out area and outside seated area. Security and bar staff were great. Service at bar was prompt and not ridiculously overpriced. Soundsystem and lights are spot on. Toilets were clean and supplied with toilet rolls all night. 100% will be going there ”

“A venue I have visited a couple of times in the past and always had an eye to go again.My most recent visit was for an underground dance music festival teaser party and I was blown away by what is possible at this venue.As an event goer its a great venue, large, several rooms, clean and efficient systems of service to minimise queues.The entrance proceedure is a bit like an airport with very thorough searches of bags, shoes and self - the team are very good at their job! And once inside, you know you are safe.Reasonable prices and the bar staff were incredible, friendly and HATS OFF to the venue manager who went out of her way with a kind attentive gesture to refill my water to save me queueing. I already thought it was an amazing service and when I asked her position and heard the "venue manager" had done such a task I was blown away. Absolute respect for this. Ive been in 100+ venues and never has a manager been so present, kind and considerate to the punters.As an event organiser this space is a beautiful blank canvas with 1000 possibilities, very well run and I can only imagine a very professional service.Well done Steelyard - IMO you are 1000x better than E1. Keep doing what you're doing.Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆”

“Don't know where the bad reviews came from but went there 24th Feb for Cat Club and it was nothing short of epic! Super friendly security which makes or breaks a venue in my book. And the crowd were amazing. As was the music. One of the best nights out I've had on a very long time! No frills, just good vibes and attitudes and banging house music to dance to. Couldn't ask for more. This place is special! Oh and drinks are reasonable!”

“My boyfriend and I went to Beyond on the 10/02/24. At the end of the night when my boyfriend and I went to get our coats from the coat check, A guy verbally assaulted me without any reason. I was very upset at the time as I had done nothing to him. I decided to speak to the security about it. The two security personnel who were absolutely incredible were Rumon Miah and Mark, together they handled the situation and were very kind to me. Rumon and Mark handled the situation very well and are a great asset to the venue.Thank you again.”

“Contray to the recents reviews, my experience was extremely positive… my friend and I were out for after work drinks a couple weeks ago and our server Ajia was very welcoming and friendly, she recommended excellent cocktails and she was spot on everytime! The music was a vibe, will definitely be coming back on the weekend for some more fun.”

“Got to visit the spy bar, no pictures allowed unfortunately. Also went to the guards room and drawing room.The building is magnificent and full of history. The employees seem to have a lot of passion about their jobs and are very happy (atleast in my experience) to share stories, tips and spots to see.- comments:- you should ask the staff to explain the purpose of a room, or why it has been named as such- didn’t like some of the music choice, not too in theme with the building- there wasn’t a huge variety of food in the guards room. Best options seemed to be in the drawing room”
