Very disappointing experience at the French Street branch. I tried to return the exact same product that another Next branch accepted without any issue, but here the staff wrongly claimed it was used and refused to take it back. Very poor customer service.

The collection process was fast.
However, when I used the fitting room to try on the boots I had just collected, the assistant was quite rude. I asked if I could try the boots on, and she directed me to a fitting room that was occupied. When I opened the curtain and realised this, she loudly blamed me and continued to berate me.
Regardless of whether the mistake was mine or hers, there?s absolutely no reason to berate people.

Disappointed, I liked a jacket advertised for £55 in the front window, when I went in and tried to pay I was told the jacket was £95 and the advertised window price was wrong. The staff member didn?t believe me and made me walk outside and take the photo.

The self service collection system doesn't work. Wasted half an hour of my life waiting for a t-shirt. Various staff mulling around making sure coat hangers were sitting correctly on their racks. 10 people waiting for collection orders. Store manager should be fired. Go to a different store or arrange home delivery.

Worst store manager ever!
10 minutes were left to close the store! my husband was trying some stuff into fitting room, she was so frustrated & started making faces!
She doesn?t know the customer services! i am worried about the staff!!

somehow took them 30 minutes to find a package that had been delivered only an hour prior. Miffed how it's possible to be quite so useless.
