does not accept returns even though evri and amazon send you there. was told that "manager refused to accept an item because there is no space". it was a box 5x5x100cm 200g. this place shall revisit their policies and communicate them to their vendors, not their customers rushing on their business ruining their plans but made up on fly policies.

Went there today to drop off a parcel and pick up a parcel. I was served by a Chinese lady first who was very rude. I asked her what the postcode was of this place as I didn?t know if I was at the right news on the wharf and she goes I don?t know, maybe go check or ask someone? They have plenty parcels with the postcode of the store on there anyways after I dropped off the parcel I asked to pick up a parcel and she tells me to wait on the side because she has a long que of maybe 1/2 people. I felt as if she just didn?t want to serve me. I was before those people so they could wait instead she pushed me to the side to serve the other customers. Very unprofessional and she clearly doesn?t like being in the workplace, no manners or even a simple smile. She needs her training on customer service redone. Overall the other staff are very nice and friendly
