My mom exchange the size for her shoes which she doesn't know how to use the wi fi. A staff name Miss Amira help her solve out the problem with knowing how to do use the scan code. She is very friendly and patience. Thank you Amira

The queues are a nightmare at anytime of the day. Staff just look and carry on talking. Dreadful customer service

Be careful with the way the prices are marked and showed on rails! Very cheeky of them of placing full price items under 40% off rails, clearly wanting people to think items are on offer and get to the counter and pay full price. Also double check staff take out all supposedly security tags! I had one left on an item and it didn?t not make a sound when I left the store, since there aren?t any shops as many have closed need to wait for the tag to be removed before actually being able to wear! Staff also are not the nicest, it might be the city vibe.

I purchased a skirt from New Look. I never received the email receipt for my purchase and I was not given a paper receipt. The sales assistant and the manager at the till refused to accept the return for an item which was only purchased 4 days ago. I suggested that I can show my credit card app to prove the purchase. This was refused. I then suggested if I could exchange the return item with something else in the store. She refused to help. She was extremely rude in her words and mannerism. I asked her for her name so I can make a formal complaint. She refused to give her name and raised her voice at me. She then told all the staff at the till to not give her name to me. I was humiliated and was treated with disrespect for no fault of mine. I will take this further if appropriate actions are not taken.

*HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE IN THE STORE*
One of the managers told me to come back for a return query and I don?t stay near by. One week later I come back after a long travel and they say they can?t help me. The manager on duty was not even letting me complete my sentences. She kept interrupting me and was not even apologetic about the *1 month* delay in my refund.
Very rude and disappointing service.
I hope New look can have a chat with their floor team and make their service better.

Costumer service is so poor. The que was so long and they have 1 shop assistant at till..Manager walking araud and doing nothing to help

Ladies at the till need to stop pushing sending a receip to an email if, customer doesnt want to, as soon as i ask for paper receipt i get weird looks, this needs to be sorted, its my choice how to receive my receipts as i do not want any irrelevant emails from new look to follow.

Lovely store with amazing collection.
Wide variety of clothing and accessories collection with competitive price for women only. Loved the collection of their handbags.
My experience was little bitter when I placed an order for a product which was not available in the size I was looking for. I placed an in-store order and requested the staff to select Harrow as collection store. However, when I received the email for collection, it was mentioned Yarmouth as collection center. I had to chat with customer service and visit another store to get my order cancelled and refunded. That was an added trouble.
Keeping this aside the store experience was good.

New Look was suggested to me by a friend that said if I like Primark, I?d love New Look. She said it was better than Primark as it was better quality. I say no.
They only have a few stores and this one near London Bridge area (Monument station) so I thought I would check it out.
New Look reminded me of Zara, Primark but it was more expensive than Primark and pricing closer to Zara - without any sales. I didn?t see any fun jewelry at all.
The hours are also restricted as it closes on Saturday and Sunday.
In the end I decided that I prefer Primark and I get wonderful pricing with Zara sales.
