My partner and I visited the store on the 16th March 2024. As soon as we entered we were greeted with smile and Good Morning from Laud! We came to the store as my partner wanted a new pair of trainers I on the other hand wasn?t really looking for anything.Laud gave great recommendations, was extremely patient (as I was indecisive and had to go through a few pairs) we ended up leaving with 2 pairs of trainers.Thank you Laud for your excellent customer service it didn?t go unnoticed.

I had the pleasure of Sohail helping me find the right marathon trainers. Sohail?s experience was exemplified by his great listening and customer service skills. Highly recommend purchasing from the New Balance Oxford st store. Great staff and friendly atmosphere. Would go again!

Sadia was a lovely engaging assistant when i visited your store in Oxford St. Young but very mature for her age. Although i didn't manage to get what i wanted it didnt seem to matter. First class customer service!

Sadia gave us an amazing experience from entering the shop to leaving the shop, her expertise , kindness and lovely manners was just perfect. We really enjoyed our experience and we bought the shoe her and delroy recommended. I will definitely be back just for those two team members they gave us a lovely experience 10/10 reccomend .
