They were very efficient at the store and I got what I needed. The customer service exceeds expectations and I always find them to be polite and helpful. I get what I need, if it's not in stock they restock upon being informed. I wouldn't have it any other way. I took a star off for the paypoint often being out of order, but other than that, they're great.

Went for my parcel but left it on counter man in shop phoned me to say to come for it thought I had dropped it and lost it go there for my parcels yes shop is old and dated but does the job

Avoid this shop for your parcel deliveries and collections. These guys have different rules each time you try to pick up a parcel from them. Very rude and aggressive also. I emailed UPS with an official complaint and asked their licence to be revoked. The shop itself looks like a damp and very dirty.
