A great branch but their closing times need to be updated on Google. Branch closes at 16:30, as I discovered at 16:31 on a friday afternoon â?â???

Very spacious inside yet oddly, only two cash desks. Obviously this means at busy times (eg. lunchtime), the queue can get quite long. I avoid it when possible.

Even with an appointment, had to wait for almost 10 minutes (only after I asked someone at the cashier that I was waiting I was seen). This was a second appointment to try and add myself to a joint account with my wife and, even bringing 3 different proofs of residence, was not enough and in all them the person found some problem. I went to Metro Bank after and got my account setup in a moment including a debit card they gave me right there. I am not coming back and closing the accounts we already have in Natwest. Don't bother.
