I love Huda Beauty products and I always use it but the Selfridge customer service was the worst customer service I ever experienced! yesterday I came very far to buy my stuff there was Iranian lady who was serving the customer she was treated me very bad !!!!

David with 2 names ? did my makeup and he was amazing! He listened to everything I asked as I am not good at wearing makeup and often feel a bit over done when I have my makeup done. I left feeling confident and really happy with my look. Thankyou xx

I booked a signature make up/makeover with Lucy for a work party. I cannot express how much I not only loved my final look but how Lucy made me feel throuulghout the appointment. She is such a lovely person who made what could have been a very dauting experience, very enjoyable. She is great as a makeup artist and even greater as a person.I am now going through a Nars rabbit hole to discover all the products to recreate my look! ? thank you once again.

Had a make-up appointment with Becca and she was just incredible! I am not naturally a make-up wearer but had a big work event taking place. She squeezed me in an appointment to make sure I looked glam. Throughout the appointment she checked i was comfortable with the level of make-up being used. Becca's customer service was amazing, really getting to know her clients. Would highly recommend her service. Thank you again for making me look amazing!!

Very disappointed about service. I came from far to do shopping at Nars.it wasn't busy at the stand, just me and one more customer.The lady who was serving me, showed the 2 possible shades just on my hand and she didn't do any other effort to offer me anything else, for example to show other products, possibly on my face. I mean this is Selfridges! The service should be impeccable!
