I visited Nars with my mother and Charlotte gave the best recommendations to us. She was so kind and helped my mother pick the exact shade. My mom isn?t too fond of makeup, but Charlotte comforted her and have such good suggestions that she felt like she was wearing skin that enhanced her looks even further. If you go to Nars, please ask for her. She will help you depending on your make up requirements

Called customer service was lied to by Sammi.Put in a complaint where I had 2 auto responces which contradict each other. One saying they will get back to me in 48hrs the other 72hrs. After 72hrs I emailed again...again it's been over 72hrs and no response. The lack of service has cost me over £160.

Fantastic store. Jerry the squirrel was extremely helpful. Came all the way from the States to visit this historic location. All expectations met and exceeded.
