First time at Nando's and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of options. Our food arrived very quickly and was tasty. The staff was very attentive. Garlic bread was nice!

This restaurant suffers from the spreading London disease of ?deliverooitis? where piles of takeaway food are handed over to riders whilst restaurant customers wait forty minutes for their order.

Staff are always really friendly and attentive. My most recent visit we had a lovely waiter named Hira who really took care of us and made us feel welcome.
I also like this nandos because its the only place in Farringdon where you can have a sit down meal for a good price and not in a cramped environment. Aircon is always good too on hot days.

It?s just your standard Nando?s, we got here on a Sunday afternoon and wasn?t too busy.
Had a full chicken which was cooked to perfection. Great side dishes. Chips came out cold though which is normally standard for Nando?s.

Unfortunately, the food took a long time to come and was not up to the normal standard, despite being a quiet evening. I normally really a Nando?s, but today was not the standard I normally expect. Also, I wouldn?t recommend the Sagres beer!

Really terrible experience for a nandos, the glass I got for drunk was just blatantly dirty to start, then I got the chicken wrap and it came without half the ingredients - just the chicken and lettuce. Finally my friend ordered a half chicken and it came 29 minutes after the rest of us had finished eating. Would not recommend, would probably try up the road where there are a couple places towards the market!

Nando?s Farringdon is easily one of the worst dining experiences I?ve ever had, and it?s left me seriously reconsidering ever going to a Nando?s again. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The staff were shockingly rude?particularly to my partner, who was spoken to with unnecessary attitude for no apparent reason. It instantly put a damper on our visit and made us feel completely uncomfortable.
The food was another massive letdown. For the price we paid, we expected at least a half-decent meal, but what we got was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting out?or worse, reheated in a microwave. It lacked any of the fresh, flame-grilled quality that Nando?s usually advertises. You?d expect better from a place that prides itself on its peri-peri chicken.
The state of the restaurant itself was disgusting. Tables were sticky, the floors were grimy, and the air was filled with the sounds and smells of people coughing, farting, and chewing loudly. It was enough to make me feel physically sick. Cleanliness clearly isn?t a priority here, and basic hygiene standards seem to be completely ignored.
To top it all off, the toilets were out of order. Only the disabled toilet was available, and it looked more like a neglected squat than a functioning facility. It was filthy, smelled horrendous, and was clearly not being maintained. This was just the final straw in an already awful experience.
Honestly, this visit has put me off Nando?s as a whole. If this is how they run one of their locations, I can?t trust the brand anymore. Save your money, your appetite, and your dignity?go literally anywhere else.
