Dear Nando?s Management,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the service I received at your old street branch. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the behaviour of a staff member named Shahid.
From the moment I interacted with him, Shahid?s manner was unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, and his body language made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I asked a simple question about my order, he responded abruptly and rolled his eyes. At one point, he even raised his voice at me in front of other customers, which I found both humiliating and unacceptable.
I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when dining at Nando?s, and this experience fell far below that standard. It left me feeling disrespected and reluctant to return to this branch.
I request that you look into this matter urgently. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customer has to experience such treatment.

Had a gift card so went to use it. Friendly welcome at the door and seated to a table. Ordered double chicken wrap, peri chips and charred corn. All the food was good and had no complaints. Staff were attentive as can be at nandos. Most you do yourself (drinks, cutlery etc) had a steady turn over of tables.

I don?t know why people come to nandos. & order to take a way. The majority of staff are rude . i saw many days if any rider came to collect for online order they used to say cancel it. But online customers wait for a meal. They don?t have a bit of respect for taking away customers.
Humble requests to people who want to eat or order nandos please Avoid it.

I waited 30 minutes to find out my order was incorrectly registered. No effort to solve the problem was made.

First time going to a Nandos in London and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff who greeted us to our table. Asked about food allergies which they were able to accommodate (nut allergy). They went over the menu with me making sure the food I was ordering is cross contamination free which I was pleased to know, as we often find it difficult to find places who are able to provide that. Gave me peace of mind that my food was safe to eat.
Plenty of seating inside and outside with underground seating which I have never seen before. Would totally recommend coming here if you have allergies to Nuts and wish to have safe food.

My order was late twice, both times the service was terrible.
An uber driver just grabbed his order and was told off, meanwhile I stayed there for 40 minutes waiting, and when I got feedup and went to complain, it turns out they had forgotten to give me my bag.
The atitude was very weird and uninviting.

????? From Old Street to Flavor Town (with love from a 19-year-old chicken prophet)
Before my trip to London, my 19-year-old nephew back in the States looked me dead in the eye and said, ?You HAVE to go to Nando?s.? I wasn?t sure if this was genuine travel advice or a bizarre rite of passage. Either way, I obeyed. And sweet, spicy PERi-PERi heavens, I?m glad I did.
Nando?s Old Street did not disappoint. My chicken sandwich? A full-blown flavor festival. The bun was soft and humble, like it knew the real star was the juicy, spice-kissed chicken doing cartwheels in my mouth. Sauces? Sauces were so good I considered sneaking one into my suitcase and declaring it my emotional support condiment at Heathrow.
The vibe was chill, the staff were friendly, and the food came out hot enough to remind me this wasn?t just lunch ? it was a life event.
So thank you, nephew. You were right.
Nando?s: come for the chicken, stay because your soul refuses to leave.
