I?ve never had such poor customer service at any Nando?s ? or frankly, at any fast food place in recent memory. I visited the mini Nando?s at Clapham Junction and ordered a simple chicken wrap. Despite there being only a few customers inside, I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food.
What made it worse was that someone who ordered after me (and ordered a full meal) got their food first. The staff seemed more interested in takeaway orders and completely ignored those of us inside the restaurant. I could literally see my wrap being made, but the staff kept stopping to do other things mid-preparation.
At one point, one staff member rolled up my wrap, then took a phone call and wandered around the place holding my cooked wrap in one hand, chatting away. He then handed it off to someone else, who started unwrapping it, only for the original guy to take it back and re-wrap it ? still on the phone the whole time. Eventually, they put it in a box and just left it to the side without saying anything to me.
I had to go up and collect it myself, and all I got was a casual nod. No apology, no urgency, no care. Absolutely terrible service, shockingly inattentive, and borderline rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I come to this Nando?s 3-4 times per week. Vlad is a superstar. He?s friendly attentive and helpful. Always a pleasure to see him and the food is to the best standard of all of the Nando?s in Wandsworth.

I'm a regular at the store and have always enjoyed the food I've received, I'm also a food waste hero, and would like to thank the management and staff for the charity food donations and fighting food waste.

I understand that Nando?s has been going down hill for a while now. I can now confirm it has hit rock bottom with the complete and utter garbage I was served today. How anyway can call a pale anaemic looking chicken breast, which tasted like it had been microwaved ?flame grilled? beggars belief. Not only did it look and taste disgusting, it was also the same temperature of the water I was served.
Safe to say that my 15 year journey with Nando?s has definitely come to an end!

I just want to thank the team that worked on 19/05/2025. I came in with a takeaway order for 27 people and they were so patient whilst i was ordering and they got the order together within half an hour! they did such a good job and were so kind

I?ve ordered from here for delivery numerous times and this is the second time items are missing. Very frustrating and annoying honestly. How difficult is it to check the order and check the bag before handing to a rider?!
Lost my custom now, I?ve ordered many times before and most of the time it?s fine however Deliveroo under refunds so I never actually get the money I?ve spent on those missing items.
