There was a SNAIL in my food. Not just the shell, the actual snail in my food which is absolutely vile and disgusting. Clearly zero food and quality control

I’ve never had such poor customer service at any Nando’s – or frankly, at any fast food place in recent memory. I visited the mini Nando’s at Clapham Junction and ordered a simple chicken wrap. Despite there being only a few customers inside, I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food.
