Not happy with the experience at this nail salon.I attended on Christmas eve but called beforehand as I appreciate the festive period may have altered opening times - I told the staff what I required over the phone and I was quoted £70 for Shellac on pedicure and manicure.After receiving the treatment, the staff then told me its £75 plus extra for taking my old Shellac off so £85 in total.I explained that, over the phone was a different price but the staff did not care and was rude.I said I'd pay by card but their card machine was not working so they insisted I completed a bank transfer.I said I wasn't comfortable with a bank transfer but they insisted I done so.I would not be returning as they also made me bleed during the treatment and completed my manicure on my lap.

Lovely experience as always. Have been going here for almost a year now. Attention to detail is always paid and time is taken to shape nails to perfection. I would recommend.
