My partner sat there for 40 minutes to be told the chair was broken when a patient just left and a women who was paying for dental treatment went in after me and got seen then they banned me when I went rude I just explained nicely ?

I've just had a check up and hygiene appointment with Dr Kafil and Desiree and both were kind, thorough and informative. Dr Kafil gave me good advice on how to maintain my teeth and Desi cleaned my teeth beautifully. Thanks to both and the reception team too.

Very unprofessional receptionist. Unwilling to accept they had made a mistake and cancelled my appointment without informing me. Not willing to help give a refund and was extremely rude and was constantly talking over me and not allowing me to explain the situation. She proceeded to say the person that needed to authorise the refund was having lunch and I would have to wait 10 minutes when in fact her manager walked out two minutes after she told me I needed to wait 10 mins. She obviously did not ask her manager for help and was being petty and making me wait. I explained to her that I had taken time off work to attend my appointment and did not have time to waste to which she responded ?I don?t care I am working too?. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Terrible service, do not recommend. The staff are very nice and helpful but the receptionist is an old lady that is extremely rude and gives horrible service. The receptionist alone makes the experience unpleasant.

Highest of praises to DesireeHave been meaning to write this review for a while now. Had an hygienist appointment with Desiree late December, and have nothing but good words for the treatment.Found Desiree to be extremely friendly, having made me feel comfortable from the get-go. Even provided some tips on how to maintain teeth and some products to use. Definitely one of the best hygienists I?ve come across!

Very unpleasant experience. The people on the phone (receptionist, maybe) lack of any professionalism. I was banned from refusing to pay twice for the same service, ? being accused I was not smart enough to keep the receipts to prove my side of the story.Reply to the owner: at that time I contact the office a few times, I told them I want to make an official complaint, I've asked them to check the CCTV and they told me they did their "investigation" by checking their "notebook" to see if they received cash from me?. Proper investigation from the office. And as a response, they banned my partner too, although they never reached out to him to let him know he owned them money, nor he ever contacted them to argue about the matter. I was banned because "they have contacted other patients in the past on the same matter, but nobody reacted like me." Two questions from here: is there a usual practice at N12 to ask for money twice for same service? And how can a patient be banned for nothing? I wanted to go back, and as for a proper investigation, but I will not waste my time and my mental health on this matter anymore. Instead, I did leave this review in case someone else will face the same problem in the future.

Visited last Friday for annual check up and cleaning and was very impressed with the delicate skills of Desiree Sheridan (Hygienist) and how thorough the whole process was .

The dental place is really clean and neatThe staff specially receptionist welcome you nicely with a hot drink and all the dentists make sure you leave the place happy and they are very professional and they do their job properly overall a very good and caring dental place for its patients??

Yesterday, I attended the practice, due to severe toothache in 2 teeth.I found both the dentist,Dr. Kafil and the hygienist, Desiree Sheridan, both very professional, courteous and friendly. All treatments were explained beforehand.Indeed, Dr. Kafil offered and carried out two fillings, there and then, so avoiding another appointment and lingering pain.Excellent! After Desiree?s treatment my teeth feel and look great! Thank you both!

I have now been going to Desiree for a few years, since she started working at N12 Dental Care practice. She is truly fantastic. She does a very thorough job as well as being gentle whilst working, friendly and truly excellent at her job. I am so grateful to have found someone so great as a hygienist. Highly recommended!

Desiree has been my hygienist for many years. I?m so grateful for her care and advice. Due to deep pockets around my gums/teeth, I usually have an appointment every 12 weeks and I can definitely say that she helped me to better manage my dental care. She has a welcoming and gentle manner and really through approach to her work. Thank you for such wonderful treatment.

A very calm dental practice. Patients are treated kindly and professionally in separate spaces. Dr. Kafil is polite and gentle. He carefully considered the best way to deal with certain issues and gave me back my confidence to smile.
