Customer service is diabolical. Eventually I got a female assistant to take an interest. If looks could kill I'd be dead by now. She was faux polite through gritted teeth. She wasn't wearing a mask (still mandatory) and I asked why she wasn't. She said in a venomous tone 'I'll put one on IF YOU WANT'. I said I did. I definitely won't be going back there ever.
